Oldschool77: yep, the last day we had a workshop and they even told us what to do for our resumes and stuff. Though I heard stories of what other guys did in their departments and now I feel like I learned the least of everyone lol. There was one guy directly involved in the construction of subway tunnels and one lady who helped build subway car wheels.

So what's the plan now? You're learning things, you have a job. Are you going to continue getting better at that job and stay within that organization and work your way up? Do they only limit you to 28 hours or can you go full time with benefits?

Have you asked your manager what the career trajectory looks like? That's a good question to ask so you can see what, if anything, is available and you can plan appropriately for your next move.
