Did you have any best moments in school? It could be of anything overcoming bullies reached a certain achievement in a way. For me when I played football long ago and got a medal for it. The class I was in who bullied me was in shock with that. They saw in the assembly when I went up and collected my medal even had some pictures as well. It felt good it really did since then they kind of respected me of what I do. So what would be yours? I would like to know.

Honestly my best moments at school happened this school year, 8th grade. Many beautiful stuff happened, and it made my life happier. Before I dig in my best moments, I would like to speak more about how my school year went.


So, before I entered 8th grade, many people told me that it's a terrible class, it's hard and everything... However, I did not listen to them, since it's their opinion and they are not facts. And plus back then I did not have any experience with it, so I couldn't say anything. After the first day of school, for some reason I loved it immediately. I had these "pre feelings", these predictions that 8th grade would be the best year, and my predictions were correct!

As for the best moments, well not gonna name them all, since they're so many! One of the best moments was when my class, my teacher and I visited the Alzheimer hospital. It was a fun experience~. Another best moment is when I presented a play to some people. All liked me :3

Back in high school, I had so many amazing times. The one that I remember the most was the Carnival they had, it was so much fun and there was different clubs doing different events, all sorts of music, you could throw a pie at the principal for $5 and it was all video game based as well the year that I went. It had such a big impact on me, that I went with a few other friends who graduated to this years carnival about a month ago and had a blast. (I bought a shirt there that's from the 15 graduating class, 2 years after I left, and I'm wearing it right now.)

I also went to a few conventions with my high school, and won a bunch of awards, and my entire high school experience was just amazing, I might even share a few pics later on when I can make a nice collection.


My college life was not as fun, but the experience had actually changed me a lot, made me do stuff that I never thought I'd be able to do and made me so much better as a person, especially my current college.

greenluigi : Wow that's pretty awesome to hear. And yeah at times people will tell you like the senior members like which certain grade is the worst or the best. But I am glad you had fun during your 8th grade. That's all that people want from when they go to school to have the best 1 year grade in whichever one your put in first.

zanderlex Oh wow zander that's a lot and a carnival?! I'm now jealous never been to one....anyways! Its great you got to do all of those activities. Were you ever tired like from having that much fun from then? @.@

Eniitan : Ok first of all...football??? XD Oh wait, wait, wait...I'm sorry. You mean soccer...I gotcha now. I think its cute that you guys call it "football"

My best moment probably came when I was a Junior in high school. I was in ROTC all four years and I was part of the drill team...if you've seen any guys in uniform flipping rifles around, you'd know what I'm talking about. But anyways during a drill meet ( competition ) we were having, another student and I were doing a duet routine. It was something that nobody in my high school's history ( which is I think since the 1950s I believe ) had EVER even placed in. Well after we finished our routine during the awards ceremony, we found out that we received 2nd place out of about 50 other teams. I know its not 1st, but the fact that nobody in my school's history had ever done anything close to that...it really meant a lot to me.

The trophy still sits in the commons area of the school today, and it will probably be there forever.

MattyIce : Oh wow...thats so amazing! And year. We don't call it soccer is football for us. Anyways that sounds like a great achievement that you have done there! That's the most amazing thing I have ever seen. Like not many people I heard do those sort of things. And to have a trophy at school for that?! Its just amazing. XD

And I get you were joking as well.

I had a good year this year. I won first place for my state fair project on  New Hampshire. This type of state fair is like science fair but you study and make display board about a state.  I also won class awards for Reading, Math and Spelling, and winner of top AR points for 3rd grade. I usually win the most books read award each year but didn't in 2nd grade because I didn't keep up with my points.  I do have a bully sometimes but he is getting better about it. He is a lot older than me but in same grade.  I think most bullies have sad life outside of school so take it out on other kids when they can. I know it is not my fault he is mean to me. All I do is tell the teachers so I don't get in trouble for fighting back. My dad says fight back but my mom says to just keep up my good work and don't let a bully ruin anything. I am a big kid for my age but I don't want to get in trouble.

Kilian : Ah I see that's really good you went into doing some of those activities and something good came out from it. I see you are a well behaved boy who doesn't like violence so you are doing the right thing of your motives. Its not always good to get into unnecessary fights with bullies. And yeah I can relate to that. Bullies bully people for one reason or the other. I can understand why some do because they are living a tough life and are unhappy about it. So they need some stress relief and that's when the bulling someone comes in. Just keep your head up high I am sure you will keep doing well with what you always do.

One of my best moments at school was when I won an award that a teacher nominated me for in 8th grade. The award was a certificate with a giant blue foam finger (since blue is a color that makes up my schools' team colors)! If anyone was laughing at me I didn't notice, I was just happy to have won it To this day it sits next to my lamp in my room so I always see it there!

Pacman+Mariofan : Wow....thats so cool an amazing! I'm sure that your parents were really happy for you more like your family lol. That's a really great achievement. It makes me to miss those days that I had back in school.

Eniitan : My parents were very happy for me and all the other members of my family that knew about it were happy too. Sometimes I miss being in middle school, it was simpler, easier, and there was less drama I heard about or was involved in.

Pacman+Mariofan : Aww....thats what every family should be happy for. I mean to get medals and stuff is a big thing it shows how hard you worked for it and all. If you work hard on something so much you would get the most unexpected rewards of surprises.

Eniitan : Yeah, prizes for hard work can motivate me to keep at it. But getting a prize isn't at all what me and my family's happiness was about, it was about how hard I worked to get there Even if I didn't earn a prize for it I'd be happy, I barely ever get prizes for anything in school anymore but I do get a report card that makes me happy

Pacman+Mariofan : I get that maybe I didn't explain properly yes families happiness is what matter more but at times its always good to like get medals to show the hard work you did. Through enjoying what you did at school. Yeah report card is another thing to do with the parents. Yeah so I hope I explained a bit more better to do with what I said in my previous post.

I think one of my best moments in school was the beginning of my PE class in freshman year. I made so many friends that I'm very close with now, including my best friend. It was also just a really fun class and definitely could have turned out worse but it ended up breaking some of my shyness and having some very meaningful friends.

Minuano : That's awesome to hear. Nothing feels great than to hear someone say that made good friends in school. I sadly couldn't as you know why. But I wouldn't want to talk on that. I'm sure you were liked because of how your personality was attached to them in a way. People have the strangest ways of making friends. While others not so lucky. But I am really happy that happened for you.

When I do good on tests (95+)

I don't actually have any epic school moments/memories on hand to share, but I will say that the most satisfying moments I have in school is when I understand and retain information. 

It's a great feeling to be able to recall information on a test and just breeze through it almost effortlessly. Nothing is more aggravating than sitting in a classroom listening to a lecture and either the material is boring and irrelevant or it just doesn't make any sense. Either way, it doesn't become ingrained in my long term memory that way. This is why I strive to make new and incoming information relevant to my life, that way I remember it better for the long term. Ultimately though, having that eureka moment when something in class makes sense is just the best feeling in my opinion. 

Some of my best moments were in 8th grade, when I took all those field trips (they wanted to give us a good last middle school experience before high school), including my first Disney World trip!

But the funny thing is, that a lot of my best experiences in school were during the hardest years. In fact, I'm currently having one of the best and worst years in school.

What makes it tough is that the classes are incredibly difficult, it being late high school and all, and my demanding practices. I'm doing One Act, Scholastic Bowl, and other extracurriculars.

But that's what also makes it the best. I'm having all these experiences, I'm traveling to competitions, which is always fun, and it's building who I am. Drama, especially, is helping me in a lot of aspects of life, even though it's demanding.

Nothing's better than moments like the ones when we travel to the middle of the state, have a fun night at the hotel, face off at the state competition, and emerge victorious as state champions.
