I both loved and hated parts of Dragon Ball Xenoverse but what would you guys want to see improved on in a 2nd 1? I would want all the rng removed or at least not made so hard to get like a whole outfit from it I would also like to see more masters to train with and how it works explained better. All the races should get transformations so they can keep up with the saiyans. Plus I'm not sure what they could do with another story let me know what you guys think.

I would like to see less customization and more characters. I'm overly pissed that Budokai Tenkaichi 3 still stands as the game with more characters (many of them are okay to be removed, but with all the new stuff that number should still be no match).

I haven't followed the story, but honestly I would prefer it gone. It's just another excuse to bring new characters to the fight instead of adding the characters the fans like. If at least they had a good bunch of characters to choose from I could take it, but it's not the case as I've said above.

Personally, I would prefer a Raging Blast 3 rather than a Xenoverse 2. Or at least, a Dragon Ball Heroes videogame and stop it from being Japan exclusive. I would buy the former without a doubt, and while I probably wouldn't buy the latter, at least it would introduce something different to the rest of the world.

EX Palen : Man, I loved the sheer amount of customizing you could do. However, I do absolutely agree that there should have been more characters. Budokai Tenkaichi 3 is my all time favorite DBZ game, even if they count each transformation as different characters (They do have different moves), the number was still staggering, I can't think of any other fighting game with anywhere near that amount of playable characters.

Oh, and they absolutely have to get rid of the RNG. I haven't played in a while because the last time I played I was playing the same level over and over again... I'll just write it out the mission, I don't remember the name of it, but it's on Namek, and I'm trying to get Vegeta's Super Vegeta transformation... You need to do all of these in order to POSSIBLY get the chance of obtaining the transformation.

Okay, first you need to defeat the nine henchmen, then a portal opens. Enter it. Now you have to recruit Krillin, not Gohan. Leave through the portal, and let Freiza kill Krillin. Then Goku shows up, let him talk to Freiza a little bit. When they run out of things to say, then beat up Freiza. After a while, he'll start to talk again, then Freiza will transform. Let them talk some more, when they stop, beat up Freiza. More talking, another transformation, and more talking. Then Vegeta appears. Wait for Vegeta to announce he's a super saiyan, then hit Freiza down to 50% health. More talking, and after Frieza mocks Goku, then beat Frieza.

You have to do this EVERY time, and if you kill him early, you have to restart the entire mission, but here is where it gets worse... Because sometimes it ends here, with 0% chance of getting the Super Vegeta transformation, meaning you'll have to do every single step all over again... But, if it doesn't end, then this happens...

Vegeta goes super saiyan, and you have to fight him now. Beat him with an Ultimate Blast and then, and only then, do you still have the RANDOM chance of obtaining the Super Vegeta transformation...

And I've done this mission well over 30 times, never getting the transformation... So, I stopped playing, and farming Dragon Balls isn't very fun either. More RNG. So, yeah. They need to quit that. They should change it to you have to meet certain, specific conditions, then you get what you want. Not that you have to meet certain, specific conditions to have the chance to possibly get you may want. Worst part of the game, by far.

I did like the original story, and the reason I bought the game was for the create a character. Female Saiyan, my HP is garbage, but I just go super saiyan and spam super attacks (Which is why I've been wanting the Super Vegeta transformation), so it works. XD

Sorry, that was long, but I wanted to accurately portray my frustrations. Also, I like to rant. XD

Really? Again? : My favorite Dragon Ball Z game is still Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3 I love the 2d fighting style and how much it made the budokai style better. I remember that mission I spent 10 hours playing that freaking mission to get Super Vegeta so I understand your pain and the funny thing is not even 4 hours later I got Super Vegeta 2 and Super Vanishing Ball because I was super late in the game when I got Super Vegeta to begin with which spending so long on the 1st 1 to get the 2nd one so soon really made me mad that I got it so soon after and even got an ultimate attack with it.

I do believe that Budokai Tenkaichi 3 was the best representation of how a DBZ game should be played. One of my most favorite things was that instead of stopping the action, to see a cutscene, they just talked as you fought. Brilliant.

I will say, I do like the Ultimate attacks much better in Budokai 3, even though it was more standard fighting game, with lots of cutscenes in the middle of the fights, the Ultimate attacks were just so epic. My absolute favorite one was Bardock's. In Tenkaichi 3, he just throws a large energy ball. In Budokai 3, he knocks the opponent in the air, remembers all his fallen comrades, and delivers a super powered punch into the opponent, possibly destroying the map. Way more epic Ultimates in Budokai 3.

Uh oh, this has nothing to do with the topic of the thread... Uh... I got it!

Even though it would be hard to incorporate, I would like being able to play as the Giant sized characters. I see some posts about Great Apes being playable in DLC, though nothing official. I mean, in Tenkaichi 3, giant characters had the advantage of not being to be thrown, but they were also very large, making it hard for them to dodge, but I think overall, they did have an advantage, so they may not add them as playable, or at least ban them from pvp. I don't know... Stuff.

Also, I've always hated DLC, but I know why they do it, more money. So, even though I know they'd never do it, I would like to be able to unlock and play all characters without having to buy the game, then separately purchase other characters. Whoever invented DLC was a jerk and a genius.

Really? Again? : The great apes had an advantage somewhat but not really if you are really good at that game you could easily work around there power and there size and when you work around that they are done for I mean they are so slow that you could get some good combos in just by running up to them for a min and flying away. I loved playing as them when I was younger but I now I would take Base Goku or Vegeta over them now and I don't think they get added ever into Xenoverse but I could be wrong.

Sonicolmstead : They need to make you able to make your own stats instead of gender being a factor of striker or ki blaster. Seriously.
