EX Palen : I can't seem to figure out why I'm doing so poorly in yellow and red lol, it could be because I'm not doing as many reviews as I used to do, but I didn't drop by that much from the last few TDV's lol. Last TDV, I won Yellow with 83 points, this has just been a very off month for me, even for Blue, where this is my worst month in more than a year.

EX Palen : well, I forsee hitting 336 or higher by Sunday and then I'll "take it easy" after that. I'll likely still score points every day until the end in order to push the record as high as I can so it's harder to beat it later.

I also have 2 jerseys to defend though one is basically already won. The other is getting close but isn't quite 100% secure and I plan to keep it that way. At minimum I'll be scoring 4 points in blue and likely a few in yellow because keeping up with Zander if he goes for blue any day will result in me probably getting yellow points as well.

I also have almost no trouble getting at least 2-3 points in green and red every day. I forsee that I could get 10 points a day even after breaking the record. I doubt I'll hit 400 because I probably will be too tired by then to go for it but 375 is possible.

Mynamescox44 gets his first Jersey.

Mynamescox44 : congrats on your first jersey win (and likely your second for today based on how things are going). With people like me and zander in the competition right now winning a blue jersey is not an easy feat.

Well, got clearly outclassed in Blue, but at least I got 14 points, even when just 2/3 of the CP I earned for my guide counted for the standings.

These points have gotten me way ahead of David in Yellow, which means I just have to manage the gap and I'll end runner-up for that jersey. I've also raised some positions in the top 10 for Red, though it seems hard I'll get any higher than 5th there. If I'm lucky enough, I could remain for top 10 in Blue, or even pass gamer for 8th. A big accomplishment for someone that hasn't gone (yet) above 30 posts in a single day.

In overall standings, I'm now safely in 7th, with a small gap to manage for those behind me. I've retaliated a lot against Bara, though he's still 34 points away from me. If I can manage some points here and there from now until the end, I may end up passing him after all, though the 100 points mark will have to wait for another occasion, which could never come.

On other open fronts, Yuna is imposing her tyranny in Green as expected. Geeo also doesn't let go of Red, and will fight hard for a third overall jersey with gamer. These two are going to have a heated battle in the last week.

Since I keep getting points while not even really trying to compete I was thinking I should maybe go for entering the top 10. Something I should probably be able to achieve pretty easily if I just put in some effort a day or two. Not like it's something I care too much about. It would however still be neat and another reason to increase my activity now near the end of the month.

While my lead in red has went up by 1, I'm still only leading by 3 points there. I really need to step it up if I want to avoid deja vu slapping me in the face. I already let a huge red lead slip away against Ferdinand back in the fall, I'd hate to see it happen again.

geeogree : Thanks for the kind words. I figured I might as well get at least one jersey for the month. I'd like to try for yellow, but with all the game reviews / guides being written, I don't see that likely to happen lol. If I feel up to it the next week and a half, I might try for a Top 10 overall finish, but there's no way I could compete for Red or Green, so I highly doubt it's even possible.

Mynamescox44 : well, you aren't going to win blue either. There isn't enough time for you to catch me and I gain enough points even without winning the jersey that you wouldn't catch me.

You started too late for the win. However, you seem to have the posting prowess to actually win the blue jersey next time around for sure.

geeogree : Yea, I didn't mean actually win Blue for the entire month, just a single day's jersey. I should've been more specific. I really didn't think I was capable of posting like this, but seeing how well I've done when the effort is put forth, I'll definitely try to compete more seriously next TdV. A big part of me competing this time around was just to get my name out there more. This is a great community, and I'd like to be as much of a positive influence as possible.

On a side note, the spell check wants to change your name to "Geekier" which is kinda funny

I'm going to try and win at least a few more Blue and Yellow this month. I'm not sure how long I'll be able to keep at it though. I feel like within the next couple of days it'll be much harder finding places to post. For the Yellow I can always just write a bunch of reviews, but my options for the Blue seem to be dwindling quicker than I would like. What I want to know is how people rack up 300+  CP actions for the Green Jersey? Maybe I'm missing something, but that just seems ludicrous. I may try for a Red one day this month since I just reached the 1.5 Viz/CP multiplier an hour ago.

Mynamescox44 : Lol, just wait until you start posting so much that it gets hard to find threads you haven't replied to, once that happens its going to start getting hard to finish high up unless you really really look deep in the forums, but since you barely posted much until now, there should be enough places for you to win a couple more times before the month ends.

Well, that was a pretty sweet day for me. 18 points with 2 jerseys and 2 2nd place finishes.

I'm at 294 now and I need 336 so only 42 left. With 9 days left in order to get there I see no problem managing that.

I'm really looking forward to breaking this record and getting away from gamer even more. 97 point lead now. I'll be happy when there are only a handful of days left and I can be stress free.

Wait, I scored my first ever Green point? Wow, call that a surprise. 

I was too tired yesterday to produce one last post that could break the tie between me and Zlinqx yesterday. That would have made the only time I've scored points in all four jerseys in the same day.

I'm now in a safe 7th place and runner-up for Yellow. Definitely a lot better than what I expected, even more when I haven't gone out of my way to earn points, just doing my normal schedule of posting, game adding and game guide writing.

geeogree : I challenge you to break the record when I come back on Sunday. You can totally do it.

EX Palen : at the rate I've been going I can easily do it. 42 points in 3 days is super easy right now. I'm honestly hoping for another 16-24 point day today if I can manage it. This new guy posting like a maniac is making it tougher on me but that's okay. I can still easily get 14 points per day if I want to.

My brain must have been broken or I was looking at different results but my lead is over 100 points now. I have 294 and gamer has 186. I have no idea how I got 97 points from that. I feel dumb.

My lead is 108 points now. That's almost enough that I could stop competing and still win since he only goes for red and green points.

Still, I'm not going to risk it cause I want the top score ever and I'm not a quitter!
