Hellooo! I recently reinstalled snes9k, but couldn't find a kaillera client, so I kept digging, until I found a Reddit, that lead to a blog, that lead to this site. So yeah, I was trying to get a new friend I've met on steam to play some super Nintendo games, he's 20 years old though and was like "I never heard of double dragon, but I had a  Nintendo 64", but I'm not sure he's as excited as I am to find a potential goldmine site like this, not having to search hours for a client, with controller support?!

Not sure if these just go unread by non admin members, but  I'm looking for someone or people to play various cooperative games, the guy in the blog had the same problem, its hard to get irl friends to do this, so I'm hoping to meet some players who want to play games like Final Fight, Secret of Mana, Double Dragon, Turtles in TIme, if they work across netplay like k client, hopefully better. 

I'm in college finishing up taking the rest of my classes online, so I'm always online and available unless I'm not, just add me, send me a msg, and we'll chat from there. Anything coop! Or a fun n64 mp like Mario kart 64.

Since I am Newbie, posting in the Newbie forum, If I have to make friend request in another thread, I'll do so, just let me know if that part of my post can be moved so others can see it.


Also, the quiz lol, with that in place, this forum must have no trolls, flamers, sarcastic rudeness, or anything that you would probably find on a Steam forum right? Looking forward to interacting with the community then.

Welcome, it seems you like a lot of the older games so I'm sure that this place is going to be perfect for you. What are some of the games that you like the most that you found here?

I wanna beat all the final fights, or any 2d side scrolling mp fighers, I've seen a lot that I've never heard of before, I'm sure some are bad lol, but they should be fun. Also, I wanna play the secret of mana, I'm up for anything cooperative. 

Secret of Mana is great, also so is Mario Kart 64! Me and my boyfriend have played a lot of Mario Kart 644 together. It's so fun.

Yeah, its my fav, since I grew up playing it, it and the original Mario Kart, although Mario Kart 8 makes me want to buy a WiiU, which I will soon. 

Argh, found someone on steam friends list to play and their chrome browser didn't work with the plugin. Sigh. The wait continues.

It should make you happy to know that the netplay on this site is setup to be extremely simple and runs on Kaillera hosted by Davideo7 (the site owner) as well as a few other users (including myself, even tho mine isn't official as of yet).
Perhaps we can play some SoM or Super Mario Kart some time... or just about anything co-op. I'm always looking for people to netplay some retro games with.

I would be very happy to play co-op sometime with you, but I can't promise that I'll be a good team mate XD
