A few days ago it was announced who the candidates are to play the young Han Solo in the Han Solo film that's coming out in 2018.

The list of possible actors include

Miles Teller
Ansel Elgort
Dave Franco
Scott Eastwood
Jack Reynor
Blake Jenner
Emory Cohen
Logan Lerman

Of those, who do you think would be the best and who would you want to see as the next Han Solo?

I personally would love to see either Logan Lerman or Miles Teller.

Well whomever it is, is gonna have HUGE shoes to fill. No one wants to have to go after a great like Harrison Ford.

I don't have too many people in mind for the role, but I do think that Chris Pine has the right combination of looks, sarcasm and Charisma for the role...but since he's already been Cpt Kirk in the Star Trek movies, I really don't see that happening. Those two franchises don't usually play that well together, but who knows.

He stars as Percy Jackson and had also had some very noteworthy roles in movies like Noah, The Perks of Being A Wallflower, and especially a huge role in Fury. So I think he'd give the perfect tone and character for the role.

I don't know why people keep naming their own actors if the actors were already picked. It's nice to know what are dream actors for the job, but the actors were already picked to try out for the role.
