I think megaman is great (just read any megaman vs 'insert random here' thread and you'll see) but I don't know if capcom could make a good megaman rpg these days.
honestly, mm legends could have been better, i would say command mission was better at some bits then legends.
so i'll say maybe, because i know how game companies have ruined new additions to old series in this generation of consoles.

i love old school megamans and i've beaten most if not all of them

i never really had a chance to get too deep into Megaman64 but i might beat that too someday

and i have a compulsive need before i play a new game to go back and beat all the old ones again... so if a new one came out, yes i would play it, but first i would have to go back in time and work through every single megaman again

There are hardly any allies in the legends series that are capable of fighting along side megaman however, if they added Bass and Protoman to it they might be able to pull it off. As for my opinion on legends being an RPG I support it 100 percent. Since Megaman looks far more closer to X, they should make a Zero character and make the Legends series a player co-op and if playing single player, they should allow you to switch with or between characters. I know it's off topic, but I'm just throwing a few ideas around nut it would still make for a good RPG too.

Absolutely. I thought that Megaman 64 was a great game. I thought it was kinda slow though, as you didn't have the ability to run. If they could make a remake with just a few tweaks, I think that'd be awesome.
