To all those individuals who feel President Obama is the worst president ever I want to hear all your rational reasoning's behind that BOLD statement, because I feel as though some of you anti-President Obama individuals really just don't like him for no legitimate reasons...at all(although I can think of a reason why), for example I was reading a thread earlier about "Someone jumping the white house fence again" and I noticed a particular post were an individual basically blamed the incident on Obama and said he's the worst president ever,like how is that Obama's fault?, but that's besides the point, in my opinion President Obama inherited all the problem's created from past presidents and basically is just trying to make the best out of a already screwed up situation. If anything President Obama himself isn't the problem, Congress and the house of representatives is because in order to get things done (pass laws/policies to better society and the nation) everyone in congress and the house of representatives has to be in agreement,then the president signs it into law(or vise versa), one can't over power the other (civics term of the day: checks and balances, look into it and understand how the laws and polices get passed in order to better the nation), so with that said..

Why do you anti-president Obama individuals feel as though he's the worst president ever considering the fact that past president's actions are the reason the country is in the state that it is in now, and he's just trying to better a terrible situation/problem that he basically inherited?

Reasons he is the worst ever?

1. Our economy is still in the toilet. I know it has improved a bit but still it is crap.
2. He is ineffective as a leader.
3. Obamacare.
4. The other nations of the world mock our inability to handle situations that we bring ourselves into.
5. More stupid gun control laws.
6. He shows no respect to soldiers.
7. His administration has been one fiasco after another.

Yes,I know he is not directly responsible,but as leader he bears the responsibility. He is just inexcusable.
The respect thing. I respect the office not the individual in it. He has to show respect to earn respect.

1.)The economy has improved, it's not something that's going to "bounce back up" so to speak over night or even over the span of 5 years or probably even 10 years simply because the economy doesn't just involve the United States economy anymore, it's the world's economy that's doing bad as a whole, as in if we suffer everyone suffers, but we are better off now than where we were lets say 3-5 years ago and plans are in place to fix the economy over let's say a 15+ year plan.

2.) "He is ineffective as a leader." , that's laughable in itself because in order to be an "effective leader (president)" to get things done, pass laws sign them into law, make/pass polices they have to be approved and agreed upon in both congress and the house of representatives which is a difficult task due to differences (lets say political views) of the individuals that hold seats in those respective houses. But for arguments sake would you prefer to have the president make and pass laws without their approval?

3.) "Obamacare" this once again is laughable, individuals always complain we the united states need to start tackling problems here at home before trying to handle other nations problems abroad so when we tried doing this policy by making sure every American citizen has medicare so that way they can get medical attention when needed , nobody wants to support it, nobody wants to see everyone benefit as a whole and have good health

Could you please give an example here it would help but, other nations usually always turn to the united states for help because we literally set the example for modern day peace and freedom compared to other countries.

5.) "More stupid gun control laws." once again laughable, making it a universal law that maybe we should conduct background checks on individuals before selling them a deadly weapon and making a wait period seems reasonable considering all the gun violence in this country, but I don't know, can you think of a real rational reason why an individual needs (any weapon bigger than a handgun or pistil) oh lets say a modified AK-47, or semi action pump shot guns or assault rifles (maybe they are hunting deer right?)but by all means an individual needs a weapon like an AK-47 for hunting rabbits or oh i don't know shooting up a densely populated area but I can't see a reason why anyone needs a weapon bigger than a handgun or pistil...or a reason to regulate such weapons..

6."He shows no respect to soldiers."...I have family in the military and have had family that has served and passed so tread lightly please and tell me how he has shown no respect for soldiers.

7.)"His administration has been one fiasco after another." Once again I'm going to need an example in order to comment.

1. Agreed,he did inherit a crap economy,but he has done little to help things.

2. He only signs things HE wants done,not what the people want done.

3. It is laughable. Universal health care is nice,but REQUIRING people to have it or they are fined on their taxes? That is utter BS.

4. They only ask us for help,because they won't or can't do it. We tried to
help the Iraqis take back their country,but as soon as ISIS rolls
up,they hightail it out of there and ditch their gear. By help,they mean
we do the dirty work. Look at how most countries mock our ability to
handle a bunch of misguided idiots. We have the best gear available,it
should be we kick their rear ends into the past,but they are like
cockroaches.

6. Go to You Tube and look for Obama saluting with a coffee cup. Honest mistake? I do not think so.

7. Look at all the lapses of security at the White House,the government employees' private info that was hacked,the fact that most of his advisers would rather resign than deal with his BS.

Obviously there is hyperbole in that kind of statement: "Worst president ever." and should be taken with a grain of salt.

There are problems with the current administration, but I can hardly say if its the worst since I have somewhat limited knowledge of past presidents, since I have been alive for 31 years and probably really remember the last 16 years in politics accurately.

However, I certainly disagree with how the current administration is handling....well...just about everything.

Celestial Knight : He only enforces laws that he wants to for starters. You cannot blame Bush for his inept policies. And guess what? ALL presidents inherit problems from the previous administration. They just don't cry about it and use it as an excuse like he does. He's a rotten leader. All he does is try to divide the people. He literally insults people who disagree with him. Maybe that's the attraction? Not very presidential. National debt when obama took office- 9 trillion dollars. After 7 years - 18 trillion dollars. And you want to pay more taxes? Don't buy into that "tax the rich" garbage it's all talk. When he took office, suddenly 50% of Americans became racists? Uh huh. And he wants to go ahead with his Syrian refugee thing even though 70% of the population is against it. Why doesn't he have a majority in Congress and the Senate? His policies have crushed that party. So they lost both houses under his watch. He inherited a majority if you remember that far back. If you're only 18 you don't know any other president. America doesn't have to be all protests and attacking Christmas trees. Worst? I don't know. I don't but barely remember Jimmy Carter but he couldn't have been nearly as divisive.  Not to mention Obama himself admitted to being lazy.

Obama isn't the best president ever, he failed in a bit of what he said he would do and has fallen into the pockets of the filthy rich and passed things just to make life better for him, BUT he's also not as bad as many in this thread of claimed him to be. It seems to me that the Faux News crowd is dwelling in this section of the site and posts all the lies that "news" network concocts on a daily basis.

!. Obama has inherited the worst economy since the Great Depression and he's done tons to fix it. He just can't make big business actually do the right things. Things are bouncing back so slowly BECAUSE BUSINESS CAN'T BE FORCED TO DO THE RIGHT THINGS.

2. Obama has done what he thinks is the best for the country, despite what all the conservatives think. The fact is that most people have no idea what's best for the country and refuse to do the study required to even start figuring it out. People all ways claim he's doing whatever he wants, but he's really trying to do what he thinks is best for the country.

3. A large part of the world has single-payer healthcare and this country is one of the few that does not. Obama making Obamacare has given me heathcare for the first time in my life and is the same for many Americans. The entire fine bit was likely introduced by conservatives wanting to place more "poison pills" into the American system.

4. Other countries don't mock America because we can't handle things, they mock America because our government goes out of its way to SABOTAGE and backbite the President and its own constituents. Instead of standing up for the man elected to be president, this country insults and reviles him. Remember when insulting the president used to be considered being a Commie?

5. More crimes are committed by every day people with guns over criminals or terrorists. Guns are killing devices and have no use in the everyday world.

6. Obama is trying to get care for vets but conservatives shot it down.

7. Conservative people in the government have fought Obama every step of the way so it seems like his presidency has been one fiasco after another.
