So today, I found out some interesting news, Disney has announced 19 different movies, including several Pixar movies, including Toy Story 4, which is being moved back from 2017 to 2018. The others are Cars 3, which comes out in 2017, and The Incredibles 2, which is to be released on June 21, 2019. Are you interested in seeing any of these movies? If so, then which one are you looking forward to the most? As far as I'm concerned, I'm looking forward to The Incredibles 2, mainly because there should've been a sequel for that one by now.

As for those 3 that you mentioned, the only one that I'm interested in seeing would be the Incredibles, I don't care too much for the other two so I doubt I will see them until they come out on TV. Since I'm always actively looking into movie releases and stud, I already knew about when what was coming out though, so I already had a good idea as to what I will be seeing and what I wont be seeing, especially when it comes to Disney and them.

I find it interesting that most of the movies you mentioned, and most of the movies Disney/Pixar does these days are sequels.

I'm not bending over backwards to see any of them, but I would be mildly interested in seeing the new Incredibles and the New Toy Story. I'm also interested in seeing the new "Finding Nemo" sequel, although I noticed you didn't mention that one.

Of the three you mentioned, I'm most excited for Toy Story 4.  I've long been a fan of Toy Story's brand of humor and its characters, as far as I understood them (I didn't get it much back when I was younger, and I abhorred the first Toy Story for a long time).  Of the trilogy, Toy Story 2 is my fave, being (imo) the funniest of the three, even at risk of going too far.  The "blooper" reel was also fantastic.  I hope Toy Story 4 pushes the series in a great direction, one that gives the characters the ability to develop and the humor to shine.

Toy Story 4? I REALLY hope they have a team at least as solid as 3, which was pretty decent for a third episode. There comes a time when you "spread your jam too much" as we say in French - i.e. you basically are left with nothing.

I wasn't a fan of Toy Story 3 but they could do a story with the new kid they are with or something for the fourth movie. Cars 3 I couldn't care less for. Finding Dory sounds like a rehash of Finding Nemo but they haven't announced what the story is about (I think they haven't) so I could be completely wrong there. The Incredibles 2 is the only one I am really excited about as I loved the first one. I already knew about these sequels from YourMovieSucks on YouTube.

DylanMcKaig : I admit it was not up to the previous 2, but at least it was not as terrible as the Disney sequels released straight to DVD. Ken's flamboyance was funny enough .

As for finding Dory: I would need to read about the synopsis to make an opinion. It is only the second movie so there might be plenty of good stories to make.

janus : Yeah I'll wait for the plot synopsis as well for Finding Dory before I make any prejudgments. As for Toy Story 3 yeah they were some funny moments and the ending did fine at tying things up together but it just felt like I was watching toy story 2 all over again (I could go into a little bit of detail if you want but I don't wanna make this comment too long) with instead different ending but hey if they can make an interesting story then I'm not bothered about their being a 4th movie. Cars on the other hand is just awful but hey the merchandise sells (there was a Lewis Hamilton car which was quite smart IMO) so why not make a third film.


Also yes anything is better than the straight to DVD films. They were awful and unfortuantely I had to suffer with them when I was little. I have seen most of them but I haven't seen any of the "prequels" to these movies for example The return of Jafar I have seen but I have never seen Aladdin. My parents didn't love me lol.

I mean it's an animated movie about fish. A lot of the original actors are going to be back, so I assume it would be entertaining like the first movie was. I can figure that without reading a synopsis about the movie.

Jordanv78 : Yeah, that and The Incredibles 2 I think will be the best out of the upcoming Pixar movies. As far as the others go, there are too many Cars and Toy Story movies now. They're starting to get like movie franchises such as Terminator. Too many movies, and with each one that comes out, they get worse with each new installment.

Has anything filtered about Finding Dory? Like is it a prequel or a sequel? If it is the former it might be more interesting since we will not (at least for part of the movie) see the original crew.

I heard about The Incredibles 2 and Toy Story 4 a while ago I am looking forward on seeing both of these movies. I have seen them many times. A lot of movies are coming out with sequels but Toy Story 3 didn't feel like it was lacking in quality like how most of the new installments do. I didn't know there was going to be another Finding Nemo movie. I feel as though Finding Nemo didn't need one because the story had a happy and satisfying ending. So I'm curious on how the plot is going to turn out, I'm hoping it wont be a prequel like Monster's University.

I'd be interested in seeing all of these movies! I never even had an idea that they'd make an Incredibles 2 or a Toy Story 4 but I knew about Cars 3. Toy Story 4 surprises me, I didn't think they would make another one. I guess it was in high demand.

I'm not sure if I'll see any of those movies right away. Especially since The Incredibles 2 and Toy Story 4 come out during years when I'll hopefully be in college.

I guess I need to see the very first Cars to see if I am eager to watch that 4th sequel! My nephew is apparently in AWE of the red car.

To be honest, I don't mind them making sequels to movies as long as they are still good. I mean if you look at hollywood these days, almost EVERY movie is either a sequel, or a reboot from an 80s/90's TV Show/Movie/etc gets kinda old.

What I found interesting about the article that I read regarding this subject is that it's 24 movies that Disney is releasing in a 24 month span, which is an INCREDIBLE number if you think about it. Talk about flooding the market lol

They're making a sequel for the Incredibles!? :O Sign me up!! I am so interested in watching that. Come 2019, come please!
