Alright so I have been having some health problems that could potentially be serious and I'm really worried about it. Basically when people talk or I talk or there is any noisy around me my ears randomly vibrate... not all the time but a lot... I did some research and I may have something really wrong with my ears... I can't hear half the time and I think I know why this has happened. I listen to music a lot. It's my escape from all the drama and stuff I deal with in my real life. When I'm really upset or really sad or have a negative emotion I blast the music from my headset. I have been doing this a while and I mean it doesn't hurt my ears when I have it loud but honestly I feel like I have made a mistake doing that. 2nd health problem. I have been having this burning sensation in my lower back. Usually at work but it hurts so bad that I literally can barely stand... I have to sit down or something for a minute and people look at me like I'm crazy or something... but it's so painful... I'm planning on going to the 'free doctor' this saturday. I'm sure he's going to want me to go to an ear specialist and idk where for my back but I have NO insurance and no money so I am basically doomed either way. I'm really scared. I'm a paranoid person as it is so all these health problems are just making me so more upset with things. I just thought I would share what's going on with me because I kind of need some people to let me know it will be okay... 2nd health problem. Bintsy, I completely understand your concern here, but yes, it will be okay. Things are always much harder to imagine going through than they actually are, and this is no exception.
I'm not going to risk lying to you by saying that the doctors will tell you everything is perfect, because they may not. But know this: you will make it. You can do this, and regardless what they say, you'll be alright. We're here for you, and so is God -- you can always turn to Him for help. He's waiting on you to turn everything over to Him. Let Him have everything, and it'll make your load much lighter. And remember, your friends are there for you too. That's really tough. I hope you'll be okay. This stuff is never easy... I'll keep you in my prayers. And I'll be here if you need to vent. God will always be by your side though, keep relying fully on Him. He'll take care of you. I'll keep you in my prayers. And I'll be here if you need to vent. 1. The Ears=Try turning down the music some, trust me,cranking the volume as high as it will go will not make the drama go away. You probably just need to give your ears a break, maybe invest in some ear plugs, but if it is impacting your health or safety,go to the hospital, they have to treat you, regardless of ability to pay. 2. The Back=Do you do a lot of lifting or bending or did you twist the wrong way? Or it could be weight on your body that does it,(hey,I am a big guy at 6'2" and 265lbs.) I am just saying that, not picking on you here. Maybe invest in a back belt or do what I have a hard time doing, ask someone to help you lift. I am hoping it is nothing serious, but maybe a few little adjustments might help you out. Good Luck. 2. The Back=Do you do a lot of lifting or bending or did you twist the wrong way? Hun. Usually my lower back problems go away when I stand up instead of sitting. Make sure you maintain good posture in what you do (as oldschool suggested), and do lower back exercises like the cat camel one. It has been effective for me when my back hurts. |

Sounds like the lower back thing could be pretty serious especially in a job where you are standing all day. I highly recommend going to a doctor and get yourself checked out.
As far as the hearing thing goes. I've listened to loud music my whole life and have gone to a ton of really loud concerts and sporting events, so I'm not sure that's what's causing your problem. Again totally something you should go and get checked out. As far as the hearing thing goes. I've heard that if you listen to things that are loud for a long time, it can hurt your ears. Your lower back can start hurting if you stand for a long time. I hope that everything will be OK. |

So alot of stuff happened at work... a girl put her hands on me and was bullying me and mom came and got me because she didn't want me in that hostel environment. The bad thing is that girl also got other employees to hate on me as well and I did nothing wrong. If anybody wants to know what she did to me physically she came up behind me and poked the living crap out of my back. It wasn't a playful poke and she wasn't joking. She told me I took everything to serious and that she was trying to get my attention to look at front counter because I had a customer ... And yes sometimes I do take things serious but you don't do that to somebody ... you just don't. It would of been different if she was just being playful or joking but that is not the case. For starters you don't do that... she could of said Laura you got a customer on front but instead she took her finger and poked my back over and over so hard that I had to sit down for a minute... I could file for assault against her but I am just going to leave it be it's over and done with. After I left I really don't know if I have a job there or anything but I did get a 2nd job working at a hotel as a house keeper 2 days before all this mess was happening. It's only part time/weekends right now but the manager said I could eventually take it on full time and I love it. It's drama free and when I have rooms to do by myself which will be everyday eventually because right now I'm in training still nobody bothers you at all not even when I'm working with somebody that is training me. They are all really nice and it's a good work environment. The bad news is I had to work at the hotel in the morning on Saturday and it was already to late to go to the doctor when I got off. I won't be able to go for another month... so that's the bad news... He is only open once a month since it's a free doctor and I can't afford a regular doctor. Thank you all for your support though it's much appreicated and God is good. If you are this concerned about your health and well being and you are working why not just go to an emergicare place? Those places usually only charge a small fee to see you and you could at least figure out what is going on and how serious it is.
It also sounds like you could be working too much. Working two jobs, depending on how many hours you are working as well as the stress from everything could be the biggest contributing factor to some of these health problems you are experiencing. Jordanv78 : I will see. They don't charge small fee's at the emergency places here they are big fee's. Well I'm only working 1 job now I believe and I'm finally off today and maybe tomorrow so I finally get a break to rest. Plus the job I'm working I get a ton of exercise so it's making me feel a lot better honestly. My back has only hurt maybe once in 3 days of working there that is how good of a job it is. It also helps that we can take 2 15 minute breaks whenever we want. |

Bintsy : I wasn't referring to emergency rooms at a hospital, but those walk in type of Emergicare places. You can usually walk in and pay like 75-100$ to see a doctor. Which is a small fee if you were having serious health situations going on. Better to know what's going on now than waiting for it to get worse, then having to pay HUGE hospital fee's. Just a thought anyways.
Glad to hear that you are getting a little rest and feeling better. Exercise goes a long way to helping you feel better in a lot of ways. Keep it up! Jordanv78 : Well I will have to wait a while and see if I have the money. To me 75-100 dollars is a lot since I only get paid minimum wage which is 7.25 even at this hotel job I have so yeah. I could do it around tax time but thats several months away . Thanks for the suggestions though *hugs* janus : It's random where I work.
