This week has been especially inactive, since barely half of the participants have actually earned trophies.

Tyrian Delirium : Yea, I know but I all got these trophy in the 7th to 13th, I got my last platinum trophy the 13th, but it count in the week.


Update: I think Kruzer didn't make any mistake, I checked PSN Profile & it say I got the last platinum trophy on 14th 12:28AM but on my PS3 it say I got it the 13th on 9:28PM, & I really got it at 9:28, I think it the time zone that was the problem, lol, now I'll be aware of that, so I already have a platinum trophy for next month XD lol

dericobanjo : Yea, that trophy will count towards next week because it shows that it was earned on the 14th.

I think the default time zone for PSNProfiles is GMT-11:00, which is +5hrs ahead of Central Time ( Vizzed Time ). This is a simple fix on the PSNProfiles website by logging into your account and going to the Settings tab. There, you will find the time zone bar where you can change the time zone if you wish. However, once you change your time zone then your trophy times will automatically update to the time zone that you have just chosen. So, to avoid any confusion or confrontations, I suggest that you wait until the end of the week ( 11:59pm - Sunday, Mar 20th ) before you change your time zone. This way there will be less mistakes when accounting for the trophies that you have earned for the week.

EDIT: Actually, it would probably benefit us all if we were to change our time zones to Central Time.

Kruzer : Is putting it into our time zones something thats mandatory or would we be fine just leaving it the way it is?

You could leave it the way it is, but I think that it would be best if you were to change it to either Central Time, or your own time zone since you are earning your trophies on your own time. I'm sure that everyone wants credibility for their own trophies on the day that they received them instead of 6+ hours later. That's is something that we all would have to agree on, but Eirinn would have the final say since it is his thread.

Well, I don't know when I'll be active on this competition again, specially if I keep discovering the games I want are junk (*cough* Need for Speed *cough*).

That timezone is nearly equal than mine, I see no need to change it. After all, I'll never go overnight enough to go into Monday's time slot (that means 7 AM my time and I'll never be playing at that time, for sure).

Somehow the timezone issue never crossed my mind. I'm Central personally.

Feel free to adjust your timezones as you choose, of course, however to keep it from becoming any more difficult to keep up with (and thanks for all of the help, Kruzer. You took a big load off of me) we should keep tracking them the same way we always have. Now that means you may lose a trophy on the current week, but you'll gain an extra one the next week, as dericobanjo pointed out.

So simply put, the time zones may throw your trophy count off and cause it to differ with the results posted here, but in the end it balances out for you and makes it much simpler than tracking each individuals timezones. So change your psnprofiles timezone if you wish, or leave it as is. Whichever you choose is fine.

Gah, possibly my first point free month. :/ I'll be lucky not to have a point free quarter. Lol

I expected dericobanjo and Tyrian Delirium to do well and lead the pack challenging Tristantehgamer1 only, but now Kruzer has stepped it up on us again. No idea where this one will go.

I got 1 bronze on Monday (3/14), but I don't recall what time...

Vanelan : I just checked. It was 3:47 AM on the 14th by psnprofiles clock. Since they're several hours ahead of Vizzed, I'm assuming they're ahead of you too, which would explain why it didn't show up. If you want, you can set your timezone on there to reflect it more accurately, or if you leave it you'll just get the Bronze added to your total next week. Your call, just let me know what you decide.


EDIT: Misread your post. The scores are tallied with Sunday being the last day of the competition week, so your Bronze on Monday will go toward next week.

kirbmanboggle : Since weekly point totals don't count toward the overall standings (and so are of no value whatsoever) do any of you have any objections to me leaving them out of the weekly results reports?

Also does anyone have any objections to being summoned every week again? I quit doing so a while back, but it seems to make the contestants more involved.

I don't mind being summoned. Since I'm waiting for new games to play, it serves as a good remainder that this is still going on.
