Which Resident Evil Game was this?

I played Resident Evil 1-3 back when they came out in the late 90s. Then I recently played them again. But there was a part I remember that wasn't in them this time.

There was a room on which you were walking along a rafter-type thing (like a pathway suspended in the air). While you walked down it, you passed a number of overhead cameras. Then, you reached a dead end with several monitors that showed what the cameras saw. At that point, you saw in one of the monitors a large hulking figure approaching you (it was the trench-coat monster that was in one of the movies).

It could still be a part of the second game as I only played the half with the guy (Leon). But it seems like I would have still seen that Monster in his half of the game at some point.

Its called resident evil 4. one of my fav resident games. But, you may find it annoying because Ashley. @.@
