Harry Potter Might Get Another Movie

We all know Chris Columbus, right? No, not the history guy, I'm talking about the wizard guy. He's the one who directed the first two Harry Potter movies and he made it clear that he wants to make another series of Harry Potter movies that take place after the events of the final movie. It would be years before any such thing could take place, but once the new film series based on the magical beasts book is done, it's been said that the production company as well as Rowling may look into the idea.

I personally would love to see either one or more movies that cover the gap between the end of the final movie/book and the epilogue thing that takes place 19 years later. What are your thoughts?

I mean I'm not gonna lie, some part of me would be really excited, but at the same time it feels like they would probably be cash in movies, and the formula may end up wearing. The whole point with the epilogue from what I saw was to show that they were finally be able to live the normal lives they wanted, so having a bunch of dramatic things happening in between that time seems kind of nonsensical to me.

It would kind of feel like they'd do it for the money, however, the other movies were well done. So, if they use people who know what they're doing, and especially if they get J. K. Rowling, I'd watch it.

F.Starr: They could be doing it for the money, but the regular movies were expensive themselves, with all the effects and whatnot that the series is known for, you could end up looking at one of the most expensive movies ever. It might be possible that they would end up losing money instead.
