You gave the Money in The Bank briefcase to Shamus? Seriously? This is why I don't watch RAW or SmackDown anymore! You don't give the fans A DAMN THING THEY have been begging for since freaking WrestleMania! Nobody likes Rollins with the Belt! People are tired of the Women not being given enough attention, and just 2 minute matches each week.
I'm so done. I'm done. I can't take it anymore!

Are you not sports entertained? That is what it does to us by giving us mixed feelings. I enjoy watching WWE NXT now because it is way better than the main roster of WWE.

Well I don't mind Rollins with the belt especially with his storyline being cornered by his former bros and the Authority. It is quite interesting so far so good.

PS Sheamus could be one of the few to cash in his briefcase and fail. You will never know until later on.

ghostfishy : I honestly hope they have Roman take the briefcase from Shamus. Because honestly, unless there is a triple threat real soon between the 3 shield members for the title... then that's it. I'm done. They aren't giving the fan s***e!

The only good thing I have seen in the PPV so far was the Cena and Owens match, and that just finished. Everything else has been so bad.

Well it got people talking apparently, which is all that the WWE ever really wants. They always go for that shock value. The way they see it is this; Even BAD publicity and talk is better than NONE at all.

Keep in mind that I haven't followed wrestling in like 10 years or so, but that's the way the WWE/F has always been.

I advise you don't let yourself get so invested in a show, this is exactly what they need, and they'll do whatever they know can help make them money. The best way to not get upset either way is to except that both outcomes are possibilities beforehand.

Frodlex : Actually, they are losing a lot of money. A lot people are extremely upset with how they have been ignoring the fans the past few months, so a lot of people commented on their posts yesterday that they were canceling their subscriptions.

Even though the WWE is losing money, it is not like they will go out of business anytime soon. They are still making their profits, mostly from kids who are fans and love to buy their merchandise.

Now on to your rant, when it comes to the WWE or any other pro wrestling company in general, there are always fans who will complain about anything regardless like the Internet Wrestling Community (IWC). If a storyline is predictable or not, people complain either way. What in the world do the fans want if they will complain either way? If something unexpected happens, it keeps fans on the edge of their seat. If they quit watching WWE or not, that is their choice based on the content that they see. That goes for any sport fan in general when their favorite team loses. Do they stop watching? Nope, they go back for more. Sports are entertainment that suit our interests and keeps us thinking and wanting about what will happen next.

You either like it or not but you're still gonna go back to watch WWE. That's the circle of life- I mean that is what is best for business.

since when is it the job of the booker to listen to the fans? That's not how it works.

Of course the fans want a certain person to win. Remember when Daniel Bryan got screwed over by the Authority for like 8 months and then won the title at Wrestlemania 30? THAT is why you don't listen to the fans all the time. That story arc was one of the best I've watched in a while.

Or remember Austin vs McMahon? Austin got screwed over constantly but people were in to it.

I agree the Shamus was a bad choice to win but at the same time giving the fans what they want all the time isn't a good idea either. If that were the case then the face would always be champion which is usually a lot more boring than having a heel champion.

Relax.

I don't like that they gave it to Sheamus either, but I also never liked them booking Reigns in the match to begin with.

Reigns was the foregone winner and he DID NOT WIN.

WWE swerved the fans, and that's why people watch.

I said from the beginning, if Reigns somehow didn't win, the only people with a chance were Orton and Sheamus, since they are continually in the picture.

It made sense to give it to Sheamus.

Honestly, I'm more surprised they didn't go the extra mile, and have him cash in that night over Dean Ambrose (who would have won in my situation, where HHH and the Authority f***s over Rollins, starting a feud between the two sides, while Sheamus feuds with Ambrose).

Give it time. WWE might just surprise you.

legacyme3 : exactly!

If they always did what the fans wanted then the show would be boring.

I honestly didn't see Sheamus winning. I expected Reigns was going to win. I think they want Reigns to win cleanly when he does win though in order to get him over. I saw Ziggler winning before Sheamus.

Either way I'm interested in what they do with Sheamus. He's obviously an easy heel and will likely cash in as soon as Rollins loses in order to screw over whoever the new champion is.

But, like leggy said, " give it time. " I was just scrolling through Facebook just now while at work, and I saw the Promo Bray Wyatt cut towards Roman Reigns... this should actually be interesting.

now that Raw is over I think I know why they gave it to Sheamus. He hasn't really fought Brock Lesnar and is one of the only guys big enough to fight Lesnar that hasn't fought him yet. I'm only assuming that Brock will beat Rollins when they finally have a match and then Sheamus will be a wildcard guy to snatch the title away when Brock is ready to step away again.

geeogree : That logic makes sense. I need to watch RAW... I'll give it a chance, and see where they go with this, like leggy said. If I'm not happy by WrestleMania, I'm done. ( and yes, I know that is a ways out )

The only reason I know what is going on with the WWE nowadays is I have so much free time I check out the top 10 moments of Raw or Smackdown for that week and it's just the boring stuff nobody cares about at the top of the list and then interesting mid and lower card towards the bottom of the lists which is clearly proof that they do not care about what the fans of their company want and care more about whoever they pay the most so they can profit as much as they can off of them. It's disappointing really but everyone knows that there will still be a ton of people watching WWE whatever happens storyline wise because they are just fan boys who will never leave for better things like NJPW or even MMA. Thankfully though, Vince did lose and continues to lose a lot of money by doing this so there is a slight chance it will improve, if only WWE gets some more competition again so Vince makes good stuff to not go bust.
