Jordanv78 : I can change the controls on GBA games but once I do I am not able to change the controls to any of the arrow keys. I can choose any key except those keys. I have tried restarting but that didn't work.

thm241 : Ok. so now that you have set your controls, it wont let you change it back to ANYTHING? You can try uninstalling then restarting, then installing WITH BROWSER CLOSED. To restart the RGR plugin config. Then you should be able to go in and change controls.

thm241 : Do me a favor and make sure that you are using Firefox or Chrome to use the RGR plugin. Also try to load this game: https://www.vizzed.com/play/super-mario-bros-3-nes-online-nintendo-nes-684-game then configure the controls. Does it allow you to set the arrow keys?

When I downloaded the new 1.91 onto my computer, it scramble my keys on my keyboard. I uninstalled it and re-stalled it and that didn't work. I tried 4 different keyboard that didn't work as well. I even try my laptop and scramble those keys too. I need help, I don't know how much more I can take of this.

Jordanv78 :
Laray :

I've never heard of a windows installation program disabling an internet connection.

Are you using a wireless, or wired connection? I don't know how the Plugin could do that, maybe your wireless profile is being reset to default Linksys, I dunno.

Wildmankei : I'm not sure exactly what you mean by scramble your keyboard. IS this referring to having issues configuring your controls for the emulators? Most emulators used by the plugin can change the controls by double clicking the game window and following the on-screen prompts.

MUPEN N64 emulator does not support control configuration so unfortunately you have to use the default. If you want to use custom controls for N64 you have to use the 1964 emulator.

I would like to say that I have not had any problems with the Vizzed plug-in at all. {Windows 7, 64-bit} I do have trust that the plug-in will perform as expected. Thank you.

Jordanv78 : Yes, right after I downloaded the new update my computer the controls stop working. I was using both SNES and Game Boy Advance emulators at the time. I use the configuration menu for the proper emulators. Click on the keys that needs to be change and all I get was numbers. I wanted to use the W,A,S, and D as my arrows keys but, only got numbers. I use the number pad and got the keyboard keys instead. I try changing configuration on the Sega emulator just to see what I get and got the same-thing. Like I said before "I un installed it and re-stalled it and that didn't work." Windows I use was Internet Explore, Firefox and Chrome. Some help please, Thank you!

Wildmankei : Please make sure to use either Firefox or Chrome as those are the two browsers that work best with the RGR plugin.

So please clarify for me, what happens when you try to configure one of the controls. Does it not allow you to? Is there a value that's "Stuck" in there?

Try configuring the controls for this game: https://www.vizzed.com/play/super-mario-bros-nes-online-nintendo-nes-478-game and let me know if you are able to be successful.

I'm having similar problems. On N64 games, I changed the config to Xbox 360, and set up the controls. It worked, but I left out a button on accident, and I can't reopen the menu. I have tried this on several games, both Firefox and Chrome, re-installed the plugin, but still no success. What should I do?

Um... This may have been asked already, I may have skipped right over it by mistake and if I did, I apologize, but I've downloaded the thing to play n64, GBA, and a few other system's games. I tried to get into one of the games after restarting my Internet browser, but it says I don't have the plugin downloaded... Any advice? I'm using Chrome, and the game was "Medabots: Metabee Version" if that helps any.
