Is there an issue with actually playing the games, or does it just give you the message like "Please log in to Vizzed to be able to save, load, take screenshots, etc" near the game's Play Link? 

Even when I was logged in, Play.Online would always think I was a guest, though the games and Plug-In features all worked exactly the way they were supposed to.

Also, if you logout of Vizzed each time you leave the site, you have to make sure you're currently logged into Vizzed when using Play.Online or some of the member-only features won't work correctly. 

Mynamescox44 : It gives me the Please Log in message to use full features... This comes from when I am signed on at Vizzed and it is a little annoying. Then when I humor it and click on login, it will travel here, I log on (when I am logged on already.. so it's loginception..... I am so funny lol) and then it won't acknowledge that I am actually logged on. Kinda annoying. I got it to work once, but I don't remember what I did. I have tried both possible routes. Going to the actual site to pick out a game the long way, and doing it from a game that was here. Both times were met with failure.

Maybe it hates my computer?

I'm having a popup error occur when I try to open up the Vizzed Plugin Helper saying that the Plugin has "Exited Unexpectedly" and it's sorta putting me in a loop. May I ask if you know of a way to fix this error so I can continue use? Thank you!

The plugin needs to be added to antivirus exceptions.
It happened to me and that fixed it.
Add c:program files(x86)vizzed to exceptions.

The plugin closes for no reason, and I have no idea why. I followed the help center, contacted staff, and even looked around some forum posts for advice. I really want to get to use the site more often, so I hope someone can help me with this issue.

Made a post about it already but unable to make more posts on it. The VisualBoy Advance emulator only loads half a screen, I'm on a surface 3. I tried it on my sister's laptop (Toshiba) and it works with a full screen. All the emulators load a smaller screen but visual boy advance only loads a half of the smaller screen. Does anyone have suggestions?

I'm having some issues with the Plugin. I have already tried restarting my win10 laptop, uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin, manually starting the helper service, and tried to use firefox and chrome without success. I've been getting the following error messages

I'd like to bump the "Vizzed Retro Game Room Service Loader exiting unexpectedly" issue. I've seen many posts pointing it out but to this day there's still no answer given, from my browsing through the Board

The "Vizzed Retro Game Room Service Loader exiting unexpectedly" message pops up when installing RGR 2.40 or 2.41, the lastest versions which use Flash if I am not mistaken. Redownloading, temporarily disabling the anti-virus and firewall, rebooting the navigator, restarting the computer ; none of these settle the matter. From what I've read, this can occur on different operating systems (does not only occur on Windows10) and the message displayed in VizzedRgrServiceLoader-log.txt is this one :

05/17 01:35:07 AM: Service loader starting up.
05/17 01:35:07 AM: Required server ports not available, exiting.

Apparently, this issue keeps the RGR plugin from being detected, and so prevents from playing any game available on this site. I hope something about it is done very soon.

Well, now that I got a new windows 10 laptop, I tried to install it, but it claimed that I didn't have the C++ stuff needed to install it. Which is a problem, as I need it if I'm going to play some of the games on the RGR.

hey, Davideo7, if you happen to see this post you might want to run this "RGR Plugin 2.41" past AVG. cause i downloaded it earlier and when i tried installing it, AVG popped up an alert for a vizzed*something*serviceloader (i forgot what it said in that "something" part, sorry.) and gave no option to create an exception for it, only a button to remove it.

so i can't install it correctly. it was a medium threat alert.

OK it seems that Fire fox no longer allows Plug ins. So I am unable to install the RGR Plug in . Is there something I  need  to do to  make it work? If so what?

Hey, so I've been playing for a long while on Vi zed and I've gotten this cool laptop with windows 10 on it. So, I went to download the RGR plugin from the RGR-page, but the link to the x86 vcredist file isn't working.So, I downloaded it from the microsoft website. Then, I restart my laptop. Afterwards, I run the RGR plugin once more and this is what I get:

For some reason, my computer is detecting it as malware calling it "Trojan.vbchinky" or something like that, any suggestions as to what I should do?

Anyway, whenever I try to play a game on Vizzed, it freezes at the message "Vizzed plugin init script starting". I'm using Firefox with Windows 10, the C++ runtime is installed and my firewall is allowing the plugin to go through. I even tried a previous version to see if the problem was just the latest update, but it still doesn't work

I assume you are using Norton Antivirus. It gives false positives for the Vizzed Plugin all the time. We have no idea why.

What games have you tried?

@Vanelan: Yeah, it's the only button that does something I click on it. The log only says that one thing and nothing else.

I tried Sonic 3 & Amy Rose, Sonic Advance, both versions of Dino Crisis, Persona 2: Innocent Sin, both versions of Azure Dreams, Survival Kids 2 and a few others that I can't remember because it's been months since I've been able to play something here

hello! i can't seem to get any game to run with the emulators that require this plugin. the screen for the game is gray with " Vizzed plugin init script starting " underneath and nothing is happening.

edit: and yes, i still use firefox.
