I was having some issues with the installation of the Plugin as well after upgrading to Windows 10. Maybe you'll want to wait for a more official response from a moderator, etc, but this link worked for me:

This page contains the download links for every multiple Visual C++ packages. You can either choose one to install or just install them all. I found a different link before and that alone was not enough to solve my problem so I just decided to install all of these and then the Vizzed Installer finally worked! 

If you're not entirely familiar with finding out which of these you already have in the Control Panel, then I'd wait for a more official reply. Not sure what having multiples of these would do to your computer (if anything) but these links do still work at the very least. User beware and good luck.

PLAY.ROM.ONLINE refuses to acknowledge the latest plug in which I have downloaded 3 times, along with resetting my browser. I simply cannot play the games I want when they are on that site.
