I cannot play any game on this site since I got the laptop item. Any game except the games I got before says I cannot play this. Please fix this.

So this is happening on all systems? Your not just trying the Genesis games? If you are, the Genesis emulator has been shut down due to legal issues. Im sure Davideo or Jigsaw will look into this but in the meantime until they do..

Do you have Java on the browser you are using? If so is it switched on?

Have you tried another browser? Eg.. if your using Firefox, try IE and vice versa.

Are you logged on when you try to access the games? (might seem like a stupid question but this issue has happened in the past)

Otherwise youll just have to hold tight until it gets looked at further.
