PsychoSloth : As Jordan has already said, the DC emulator MUST have a controller plugged in.
It will not function without one plugged in. If you don't have one plugged in, the NullDC logo is the furthest you are going to get and the game will never start.

I would like to note this is a NullDC issue, not an RGR issue.
So, until NullDC updates, there won't be a fix for this...
There unfortunately is nothing the staff or David can do about that.
