Yea I use geocities because thats what came to mind first. They have a html system and a system where you can be stupid and make a webpage. It is small though, though the main problems I have are too much bandwith is used up. You can check out my bouncing animals at www.geocities.com/codycos I guess you have a banner on the side of the page too.
