Honestly stay with 25 lbs for now. What you need to do is learn the curls and do it correctly. 5 properly done reps is better for you than 100 poorly done reps. If you are standing and lifting make sure it's in front of a mirror so you can correct your form if need be. When lifting standing up keep your arms extended downward and extend up. When going down to finish a rep never droop down. You're only cheating yourself out of progress. Instead slowly go down, but not too slowly. Flexing while going down can sometimes help develop muscle memory, says the people I've worked out with. Just stick with what you have at the moment and lift every day. Also eat healthy and remember to jog. When all you do is lift and work out your body your muscles become tight and compact which looks good but they have less circulation making you stiff, that is being muscle bound. To avoid being muscle bound while working on the pectoral, bicep, triceps, and abdominals be sure to check out some stretching, and despite how weird it may seem Yoga really helps prevents being muscle bound. As for if you want to develop thighs or good calves with leg lifts, to prevent being muscle bound in your legs to daily jogs and if your environment permits run up and down hills, try sprinting, and another good thing to do with preventing your legs from being muscle bound if jump roping, it even help you arm muscles slightly too. Happy lifting man, good luck. Ask me if you have any other questions.

No problem man. 15 is kinda mediocre seeing as you said you want results and muscles. Watch your favorite sport, despite the teams, focus on the game while standing and lifting, if you don't have two weights remember to do even reps on each arm, don't want to get too far behind in one arm like most people. I recommend you buy protein shakes and during the halftime/intermission/break of that sport you're watching so that your body is getting nutrients without missing too much. And try and eat eggs as a breakfast food. Loaded with proteins. As for abs if you like making omelettes you can mix spinach in the eggs so that you get iron with the proteins for good muscle development.

I recommend 200 reps a day for maximum increasing. It hurts the first three days but you adapt. do 4 sets of 25 reps for every hundred. It will give you maximum results with protein shakes, and if you are concerned with taste I recommend the muscle milk vanilla flavor you can find at wallgreens, CVS, or walmart.

I recommend pull ups with your wrist pointing out, not in. More work, but more gains. I also recommend you do squats, they will be a great way to do something other than lifting and they exercise over 50 muscles if you do them right. As for weights over your head, there are multiple names, I was taught it as the Young Man's Lift.
