Am I the only one who wants this franchise to die already? The videos are clotting up youtube and it stopped being scary after the first one. 2 and 3 seem to be cash ins on the first ones success.

Zlinqx : Everyone has their own opinions.  Why can you not accept that? Also, don't expect this series to die out anytime soon. There's even rumors of a 4th game coming out.

LunarDarkness2 :  Since when did I say you're not entitled to your own opinions? I'm just stating my own. And that's what I mean the original game was released a little bit more then 6 months ago and there's already 3 games and likely a fourth one on the way. Seems like the creator is trying to cash in on the original game success to me.

Zlinqx : Isn't that what all game developers do? Try to make money?

LunarDarkness2: Yes but to me at least it seems like he cares more about making money than making a good game. The sequels are basically youtuber bait. I played the first and found it to be a fun unique experience, but the second game seemed to be almost the same thing, he could've taken that time to actually do something new instead of just rehashing the same game and adding a few new things. But I digress it is only my opinion and if you're still able to enjoy them, play them by all means. I on the other hand hopes the franchise either stops at this point or that they start to release new installments much less frequently.

I'M GUNNA UPLOAD MY FACE WHILST PLAYING IT AND ILL SCREAM A LOT AND ILL GET ALL THE YOUTUBES MONEY, THEN I'LL MAKE SOME ELABORATE FAN FICTION THAT IS TOTALLY THE REAL STORY OF THE GAME AND NOT SOME LAME THING THEY HAVE NOW. HOW CAN YOU NOT LIKE THIS GAME, IT'S SO UNPREDICTABLE BECAUSE I CANT FIGURE OUT SIMPLE ENEMY MOVEMENT PATHS.. AND IT INVOLVES A WEAK POWER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OMGUIZE....

But seriously if you enjoy the game I'm happy for you guys... Just keep in mind that whilst it's exciting that these games are being released so rapidly they don't really have the time to have quality put into them either.. and let's be honest here.. there's only so many different ways you can make doors open and close and jump scares...

Zlinqx : Yeah, that is how it seems. I feel the same way about the Dillon's Rolling Western sequel. So far, it's been so much of the same. It may just be that the team was inexperienced, I don't know. I regard DRW to be one of the most underrated games on 3DS, but the sequel...is just so similar, I'm not sure it was worth getting.

I've never played a FNAF game, so I can't really weigh in, but that's my off-topic two pennies.
