So the question is simple. But the answers might not be. Oh well, for me, the book department really does not count much. I pretty much only read the BIBLE. The bulk of my media entertainment comes from tv and games. I have standards for a lot of these things. I'm not saying anything is right or wrong. This is just for me and what I like to do.

1. I tolerate no magic or sorcery
2. If it's not uplifting in some form, there's no point to me.
3. I do not like excessive violence
4. excessive swearing (this might seem odd, but I tolerate none for games. I don't get that one myself.)
5. Modesty in dress. (unlike the swearing, this is a must for all departments.)
6. I favor christian the most, but I also enjoy trying to see meaning and BIBLICAL referrances in other things as well. I've got a whole thread for that one!
7. No tolerance of promoting crime or drugs, and I really try to stay away from the smoking and drinking in tv  (not tolerated at all in games, again, not sure why.)
8. Here's the ultimate. Would GOD approve? If I can't think of any reason HE would not, I typically believe it to be ok.
