I usually just read all of the comments on the first page, to be honest.

Like many users have said it really depends on the thread... Would you read all the posts in a thread such as corrupt-a-wish, where it has dozens of pages of replies.. 

I think it really depends on the topic and where the thread is based.. If I was staff I'd certainly read all the information posted just so that I know I haven't missed out on any information provided. 

As for threads that are made solely for amusement whilst sometimes I do admit to reading them to see what answers and questions users come up with most of the time I just skip to the last page and read from there simply to make sure that my post actually makes sense to the context of the previous posts and topic. 

Also if you post a lot and have a rubbish memory it's a must do.. Otherwise you end up posting multiple times in the same thread within days of each other for no reason other than laziness really.

It depends on what thread I'm posting in and how long it is. If the thread is 500 pages long, then I probably won't read them all before I post. But sometimes, even when there's only a few pages, I don't read everything before I post. Sometimes, you just want to post quickly. Of course, a major exception is when the thread is so entertaining that you want to read the entire thing. Unfortunately, that doesn't happen very often.

Not really. To me, that shows that you aren't being your own person. Being here on this site(which, so far I've found fantastic), I'm not going to 'hide' who I am. I do read some comments, but mostly out of curiosity and then usually an administrator or owner.

That's rarely ever the case. Under normal circumstances I'll read the first post and then reply.

However, if it pertains to a certain topic, I'll skim through the replies to make sure I'm not just repeating the same post for the millionth time over.

If it is a short thread, or a debate thread, then I will read all of the other responces, but it if it just a thread where it is asking a question, then I won't always read everyone's responses unless I feel that the topic is something that I'd like other people's opinions on. 

Maybe the first page, but usually not at all (I didn't for this thread). Though I probably should check if I already posted in a thread sometimes, but meh (I think I posted here already).

Well, in my opinion it all depends of the importance of the thread. If it was a minor thread about video games or cartoon, I'll probably skip all of it and just post. If it was something major like politics, I would take the time to read each post and make my decision.

Most of the time when I'm about to post in a thread, there are at least 2 or 3 pages worth of posts. Even though I don't read all of them I sometimes read some from the first page. If the thread is interesting enough I end up reading more than I normally would. 

On small threads. Not on huge threads. If it's a funny thread, I skim through it a little bit. 

Not really. Most of the time I will read the first few and then the last few just so I know whats going on. Sometimes if the post really interests me i might read all of them but that rarely happens.
