All right, here is the line up for today.

Had coffee this morning.
Bowl of chicken alfredo and a piec of chocolate cake (I know but mom wanted it gone! It's been sitting there for a week. I've really been doing good about that!)
Bag of popcorn and 2 pieces of aldi pizza. (It has thinner crust)
Think I already mentioned this, but I weighed in at 200.4
All right, here is the line up for today.

-Breakfast:
Two Egg Salad Sandwiches: 600 Calories, 52 Carbs, 10 Sugars, 22 Protein (approximate numbers)

Dinner:
-Light Red Kidney Beans: 350 Calories, 73 Carbs, 7 Sugars, 24 Protein, 24 Fiber

-Two Egg Salad Sandwhiches On Hamburger Buns: 500 Calories, 50 Carbs, 10 Sugars, 22 Protein (approximately)

-One Corn Tortilla Shell: 100 Calories, 23 Carbs, 3 Fiber, 1 Sugar, 2 Protein

Extra:
-One Mini Peanut Butter Cup: 63 Calories, 7 Carbs, 6 Sugars, 1 Protein

Total: 1,613 (high for my lifestyle), 198 Carbs (pretty good), 34 Sugars, 27 Fiber (low), 70 Protein (really good)


Burned:
-One Hour Walking: 200 calories

-Awake sixteen hours (-1 hour walking): 1,463 Calories

Overall: -50 Calories. Woo! Made it...barely.

I can't post a detailed reply because on the weekends I eat with my family and home cooked food is too tricky to count carbs/sugars/calories/etc. with when you aren't the one making it and the cook doesn't take those things into consideration themselves.

That said, I can list what I ate and how much exercise I got.

Yesterday
-Breakfast: Two Veggie Wraps (this i can answer for): 460 Calories, 62 Carbs, 2 Sugars, 3 Protein, 2 Fiber

Lunch:
-Pizza Bread (pizza toppings on French bread)


Burned:
-Walked Two and a half hours: -500 Calories

-Awake fifteen hours (no exercise): -1,371

Total burnt: 1,871

I really doubt I managed to burn more than I took in yesterday or today. :/ Weekends are bad for me.

Also I will weigh in Wednesday, but afterward I plan to change weigh-ins to Friday morning.


FaithFighter fake summon : Don't be too disheartened about the apparent weight gain. Daily weigh-ins tend to be deceiving as they can fluctuated due to several factors; anything from waste buildup to water rention, etc. can throw them off. No worries.

I got on the scale, and was so happy at what I saw. 198!

Today, I had 2 hasbrowns and a sausage sandwhich with one sausage.
Bowl of potato soup, and some plain tortilla chips.
And two pieces of pizza.

Also, rode on my stationary bike for an hour while watching megaman (who says exercise isn't fun!)

I completely understand. I gave up weighing myself. Now I just try to trade off things eat smaller portions and go to gym five days a week though its not working out very well for me. Since I have  been trying to go the gym my car broke down, my cat died, ended up staying at work until 10 30 when the gym closes at 11, and its snowed like crazy. So I am just pushing through. Keep at it and over time it will eventually come off. Remember you did not gain it over night so it isnt going to come off over night.
