Sorry to those in chat room when I left. f*** hell I didn't mean to chat that my dad had a stroke I meant to just say goodbye and leave. I panicked and typed our what was on my mind and left. That was stupid so I apologize.
To clear things up I'm with family now taking him to the emergency room. Not sure if it's stroke but he sure has major dizzyNess and couldn't walk for a bit. I wasn't gonna bring this up here but since I stupidly chatted it I'm forced to bring it up because it really happeNed and I wasn't pulling an evil practical joke. Almost to the hospital now. Will update soon.
Ps don't worry I'm feeling ok for now. Never felt more focused than ever. Just thinking about my phone battery which I'm typing this out.

Thank you for understandiNg. we are heading home now. MY dad was diagnosed with VERTIGO of unknown causes. Thinking back to my high school days I had a couple instances of the same symptoms my dad had. I thought it was a stroke back then but never told my parents about it. Now I know i could have been suffering from vertigo as well back then. Maybe it's hereditary? I don't know or my mental meds back then as well could have caused the vertigo. Well anyways yep my dad is alright. But he is getting older so... best start preparing myself mentaly. Again I apologize for blurring this out in chat then leaving. camkunimura : I don't think vertigo itself is hereditary, because it's not really a singular condition. It can have many causes, most of them related to the inner ear as I understand it. Problems with the inner ear can be hereditary though, and that may be why you too have experienced vertigo.

I don't think you can ever prepare yourself for THAT particular thing you are hinting at, so it is probably better to put it out of your mind.
Otherwise from the moment you start thinking it every moment you spend with the person gets over shadowed by that one thought; "Is this the last time I will see them?".
You'll just end up making yourself miserable.
Take it from me buddy, yes live each day to its fullest and enjoy the time you spend with your dad, but don't let the morbid thoughts in, they will just tarnish the memory.
