So sorry, namco! It's not that your game isn't good...it's just that your sequel has everything that is on this game. So...why didn't you throw more arcade games on here? Well, anyways, let's move on to the review...This game is a lot of fun and was great to have on hand--before megamix came out

Overall: 5.5
In reality, namco did a really good job on their first game on the wii console. It was their choice in how they made the second game that is to blame for this rating. And of course, as with most arcade games, no story. So that's one less department to boost up the ratings. You know how I hate rating anything this low, especially if it was a game that I liked. So let's break it down and see why this unfortunate game got the rating it did.

Graphics: 9

Okay, the graphics for the new remix games are just great! I especially loved them on Pac'n'roll and galaga remix. The graphics, in short are beautiful, colorful, vibrant, sharp, just plain look great. My favorite is probably in pac'n'roll when you go to sweet sweet dream (or something of that sort. In galaga, when you get to the boss, as you keep hitting him, he eventually turns more and more red until he explodes! (i know, awesome, right? The graphics for galaga are just awesome, especially when you get to the galaga home planet! All the ups and downs make you feel as though you are on a roller coaster, and then there's those cool looking space plants that try to bite you! Those things appear so close that I always think that they got me! (Can you tell yet that I actually like this game?)

Sound: 9

Okay, the sound was another really good department. I love the spacy sound of galaga's music (the remix). But my absolute top favorite music has to be the theme from golvis' hideout. That electric guitar on that is just plain awesome! Also, on galaga remix, the paid enough attention to make different sounds for the shots that you make, depending on how effective they are. You can hear the ricochet of your shots when you hit the boss with them, because they just are not effective until the very end of the battle. You can hear the partial absorbtion sound on things that take more shots to blow up...I think that you all can get the picture hear. Then there is the explosions! Oh Yeah! the explosions! What would a game be without a realistic sounding explosion? In short, the sound was pure, breathtaking, sweet, and just awesome! Kudos to the sound guys!

Addictiveness: 1

Sadly, this is where the game loses most of its rating. Just so you know, it is not because the game is not that much fun or anything like that, but with Megamix around which has every single game that this one has and then some, what's the point in getting this one (I know, I'm really promoting this game so well!) So, sorry namco, but your decision in game making was not the best!

Depth: 6

Well, obviously,  I cannot rate this one that high, since Megamix had even more games than this one. I never could figure out why all those pacdots were around the entrance to the museum. I was also always disappointed that there was nothing to unlock here. What you see is pretty much what you get.

Difficulty: 8

The controls are quite fluid for all the games. Every single game is easy to learn. It's mastering and finishing them that brought me the most challenges when I first tackled it. (though now it might feel like nothing!) The bosses on galaga and pac'n'roll took me quite some doing to get past. Let's not forget about Pac Motos! The game where you push everyone over the cliff or be pushed off. (Hmm...you sure this should be rated "E"? LOL!)

Anyways, Namco Museum remix is a pretty good game, but If you are going to get it. Get this one first, and don't get megamix until after you beat all the remix games on this one, so that we can give it the respect that it does deserve. Hope I didn't bore you too much!
