Konami is a big game company that was founded in March of 1969 by someone named Kagemasa Kōzuki. The company has come out with many different series that we love to play like for examples : Castlevania series, Contra series, Frogger, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dance Dance Revolution, Silent Hill, Yu-Gi-OH, Metal Gear Solid, and many others I know I have not named. Lately it seems to me that Konami is falling out of the niche for great game production or maybe they are just losing touch with what gamers really want. So here's my question for y'all :
1. Should Konami take a step back and re-evaluate what they are doing or stay the same ? 
2. What is your view of Konami as a whole ?
3. If you were in charge what would you do with the company ?

I'm a little biased as a Yugioh player. Konami absolutely needs to re-evaluate that aspect of their business. A lot of the players feel that Konami is only in it for the money and doesn't actually care about the fans of the game. If I was in charge an overhaul of the Yugioh card game would be the first, but that's the bias talking.

I think they really need to re-evaluate things and see what the gamers really want. But really I think any time a developer goes through a dry spell where they release more than two or three titles that don't really make a splash with gamers and critics, they need to step back and see what they're doing wrong, or perhaps just what they're not doing quite right.

Myself, I'd pay some of the employees to go on social media and their forums (if their site has forums) and interact with the fans and see what they wanted in their games. See what titles they liked best and what they liked about them. Find out what features they disliked the most and what could have improved previous titles. The way I see it, the more informed a company is about it's fans interests, the better off they are.

I really do think Konami should take a step back and revisit some of their older games. I think they should stay where they are and do the same stuff but revist some old game play. Overall I really like Konami, but I mostly like them the most for the Yugioh games and that's really it in terms of games that I actively play by them. I personally wouldn't change much for fear that the company could go downhill because of one small error.
