I am using Advance Text version 3.1.1, and I am editing Pokémon Ruby. However, it only lets me edit up to ROUTE 101. Can I fix this?

I don't know your answer, but I'm sure someone else will know it. 
However I'd like to point out that they may need more detail that what you posted.
For example, does it give you an error, if so what is it?
Or just explain what it says, and why you cannot edit more.
I figured I'd post this to help others that may want to help you with your problem.
