The reason is, MSN doesnt support direct links to direct innstant messages. In other words, with AIM, you can click a link and it'll bring up the chat box for you to chat with that person, yahoo supports this aswell, but MSN does not.

I got all 3 the major messengers, AIM is where all the internet people hang out, and MSN is where all my friends and town people hang out lol.
And yahoo, well that's just for emergencies, me and my gf chat on there if MSN is down. I dont log into yahoo very much.
