Not many as of late, and actually in general. I think in the last 3 weeks, I have sent maybe 40 text messages, and received (not counting Facebook stuff) 25, or so. I think yesterday I maybe sent 8 texts, and received 6 lol. Not many, but it all depends on the day.

I only send about 10 messages a day at most, but I'd say I send about 5 messages a day on average. Some days I don't text at all. I don't really have a ton of contacts on my phone and I don't really bother pointlessly adding people unless they are a close friend or family member. I receive like 20 messages a day though, most of them are spotsy weather and traffic alerts, but I don't bother reading those. I really only respond to like a fourth of the text messages I receive. Interesting question by the way.

Because for me, if IMs count, then...ooh...I probably send around 700 a day, thanks to Skype writing and conversation sessions, and receive easily as many if not more.
