-Thy Rules- 
 
1. You must put a link to the picture, and you must have already uploaded it to your photo album. No low quality pictures. anything under 150 px will not be accepted (pixel art is excluded of course, just use a little common sense) 
If your picture is bigger than 250 kb, use this program to shrink the file size, save it as a jpeg, and set the quality to have it save at under 250 kb.  then upload it to your album, easy.

 
2. No fan service/bikini stuff.

3. No political/religious/controversial pictures.

4. No music in 'da layout, period.

5. All other Vizzed rules apply (no swearing, porn, ect) 
 


And yes, the layouts are free; BUT I'm very, very picky on the picture you select, if it's less than par, I will decline your request.

I would suggest a layout like my own that expands as you type more text.

Find a picture of a single character with a single color for the background.


And also, I forgot to mention that I don't do music in layouts. (it's horribly annoying imo)

How would I take this layout and make it stretch to the bottom of the page?

I will send you the layout if you need the code and such. Stretching layouts are always nice and I agree with you on why they are better. (I mostly use textbox layouts cause they're all I know how to make. )
