This competition had a ton of participation, we received videos from 80 different users. We exceeded the 2 million second milestone target with 2,014,434 total seconds which is 559.6 hours. That's a lot of gameplay added to the RGR and Vizzed YouTube channel which means the nearly $400+ I have invested into this competition is well worth it.

You'll want to go through all of your submissions for this competition and check to see if 75% or more of your videos were for games that don't have videos. I figured it'd save me a lot of time if you guys count how many of your videos were submitted to games that don't have videos from anyone else.

Davideo7 :   Not that it is any of my business because it won't affect my payout but these results came out way too early. Ferdinand still has 28 probably huge uncredited videos still pending from October. According to my estimates of his average video performance he has potentially enough extra seconds to swamp sonikku easily.

I have nothing major to complain about that affects my rank in the final standings but I also have 15 uncredited videos yet to be acknowledged by the standings page and at least seven more (I had 237 at the end of the month and now I have a total 230) that were deleted from game pages with no explanation for why or which they were even.

Oh yes. I do qualify for the bonus. The only game that I did a single video of with videos already on it was Pokémon Moemon. The only case where I didn't even check.

Postman3 : You should probably have gone through every uncredited video and added up the time manually. His average video performance consists mostly of Space Invaders variations on the A2600 for uncredited videos. I went and did the math myself to see if there's enough. Barring anything posted in October that credited after time officially stopped getting added (basically any point on Nov. 2nd or later; Ferdinand would have to get with me on that), he only has 31,063 seconds of uncredited time. I had 3 Denki Blocks videos that were posted late on the 31st that didn't get credit until after time was called that would add a little over 10,000 seconds (by how much, I don't know) to my time. (That's how I know when time stopped getting added to that page, by the way.)

Ferdinand's final result, as things stand by my calculations, would be 232,228 seconds. This does not pass anybody and thus does not modify any results. Your videos, however, are enough to pass lilwildwolf21 (I already mathed out your average time from the 22 videos I saw didn't get credit), so you would be in 4th if the script worked for your Pokemon X and Y videos.

Davideo7 : I know for certain I don't qualify for the bonus. I'll drop a PM with my Paypal e-mail as well.

sonikku : By my calculations I have over 260,000 seconds. When I MANUALLY checked the minutes for all my videos submitted during October I come up with a much higher number than I'm credited for. I don't think the videos I submitted for Starflight got counted for some reason.  I messaged Davideo about it. If you care to check, you'll see that I'm correct and your number is far too low.

Ferdinand : Are any videos rated poorly (average rating below 3)? Were the Starfight videos uploaded on the 31st credited after November 1st? If you answered yes to either of those, then in the case of the former, their time was not counted, and in the case of the latter... "Barring anything posted in October that credited after time officially stopped getting added..." You fail to take this statement into account with my time calculations. I only counted up what did not have an image, and could not make the assumption by sight alone whether the Starfight videos were a part of the original time count or not. I would have needed to see your Notifications page to figure those out, which I do not have access to.

Edit - As a side note, I don't think we should have another of this type of competition again, at least not until we have a more reliable means of figuring out this stuff. I had a feeling something like this might happen from early on in the competition.

sonikku : It's cool bro.  I didn't mean to come off wrong if that's how you took it. And I did miss that part of your post I guess. The videos aren't rated poorly. I had a feeling that something wasn't right on the second but kept my mouth shut hoping it would work out. But I seriously think I didn't get credited for my Starflight videos on the final tally and only the last one was late. And I submitted that late on purpose because I was running out of time. My last video was in with like 10 minutes to spare on  the 31st.

Ferdinand : I think you might be right on that. The script stopped adding to time once the day changed to November 2nd. I have three videos that I put up late on the 31st that didn't receive credit (for CP/Viz, anyway) until the 2nd, and my time on the overall scoreboard didn't go up from those videos. Odds are, the same thing happened to you with your videos; posted in time, but didn't get CP/Viz credit until the 2nd. script stopped caring about time in regards to the competition once it turned November 2nd, so regardless of when they were uploaded, no more time got added in. If that really was enough to cost you 2nd place, then I hate that you got screwed out of it on the automated tally. (Believe me, if I had the means to manually approve any video that was posted, functioned properly, and was actual gameplay of the game it's posted to, I would do so.)

sonikku : If that's the case, then we can make it right by counting the minutes to see who really had the most. Yes? Or there should be some other way to determine the real winner. I can count my minutes again, but it would be better if someone else did. What say you?

Ferdinand : I would say let's leave it to David to decide. He's the arbiter of the competition, so whatever he says, I'd be okay with.

So I got 14th place even though I was not even competing? OK. I'll take it.

RetroGameNinja : Lol, just look at me, I only submitted 4 videos for another competition and I have the 8th place.

Postman3 : Sonikku had such a huge lead on Ferdinand that I assumed it was safe to say that there weren't enough uncredited videos to push Ferdinand above Sonikku.

sonikku : How about you and Ferdinand split the 2nd and 3rd place earnings? So that'd be $75 each. Since I already sent you $100, that'd mean you'd have to send $25.

Ferdinand : Read what I said to sonikku. If we do that, then I'll be sending you $50 as soon as you get me your PayPal address.

Davideo7 : I wouldn't be opposed to a split. Presuming Ferdinand agrees, I'll send you back the $25 excess.

sonikku : Ok that works. You can do just a partial refund of $25.

Davideo7 : Apparently, I can't partial refund the transaction because it's a personal payment. I can only full refund, so I'm going to try to do a separate transaction and send you back $25 if I can get Paypal to ever load things. (I'll get this done before I go to sleep for certain.)

Davideo7 : Thanks to both you and sonikku for being understanding. I'm ok with a split I guess. It was really close anyways. If you could just send me via Amazon that would work out great if possible. I hope there's no hard feelings truly.
