For internet explorer I know you have to do this:
Click the Tools menu.
Select Internet Options.
Click the Privacy tab.
Click the Sites button.
Put the address you want to allow in the Address of wesite box (in this case https://www.vizzed.com/vizzedboard/ )
Click the Allow button.
Click the OK button then click the other OK button.

This might help.
