Hey and welcome to another anime review, I decided to make another simply because the few people that commented on the last one said they enjoyed my review, and that it was nice to see someone doing anime reviews 

So here is the next anime I am going to review it goes by the name of

Kyoukai No Kanata

Synopsis
Opening with a seemingly normal boy, Akihito Kanbara, he comes across a girl on top of the school's roof, the last of her bloodline, Mirai Kuriyama. You're quickly introduced into the dark fantasy world of youmu's and the story unfolds.

Genre 6
Mostly catering to the supernatural element it does have a romantic side as well as a bit of comedy. I would say the main focus being on the supernatural and romantic feel of it though. Though I feel like this is an overused topic in anime with some cliches.  
Story 8
As I said I feel the story line is a bit overused, however there aren't many dull moments and they do a good job of keeping things fresh. Although it has some cliches I enjoyed the story thoroughly and wasn't disappointed by it a single bit. There were many times where I was actually concerned about what was going to happen next and I could hardly wait to see the next episode. Over all I think the story was done very well and honestly I don't think there's anything I would change about it. It's not perfect but it's perfect in it's own way.

Detail 10
This is where Kyoto Animation does it's best, and Kyoukai No Kanata is no exception to that fact. The art is gorgeous and put together so well. Even the emotions shown on the characters faces impacts you. They touch base with things that most anime don't, the characters actually have gestures that complete them and you grow to enjoy very much. Everything from the backgrounds to stray hair to the fighting was made beautifully and with such precision.

Music 10
I personally absolutely loved the OP and EN of this. They were catchy and placed so well, at the end of some of the episodes when the EN starts playing it just pulls at your heart strings and really ties together the whole thing so perfectly. Throughout the series the music they used for scenes was placed nicely and really added to the ambiance of the whole thing. I may be a bit biased in this rating but I seriously really enjoyed the opening and ending.

Addictiveness 9
I said early I couldn't wait for the next episode and that's not stretch of truth, this was a wonderfully done anime despite it's theme and I enjoyed every minute of it. You get quickly sucked into this world and see how beautifully everything is done that you want more. You even get some chuckles from it despite the dark setting it's in. This show had the ability to make me feel so many emotions I was addicted.

Over-All 9
From what I've read, Kyoukai No Kanata actually did receive a fair bit of backlash but of course everything depends on who watches it, this may not be the anime for you but it was the anime for me. The character development, the interactions, the emotions, the fighting scenes. They were magnificent to me.  I was personally very happy with how things unfolded throughout the entire series.

Also i know i could easily flesh these reviews out more, but then again i would rather people watch the anime first hand without giving everything away. An anime is better if you don't have a play by play on everything that happens.. would you not agree
