Not sure if this thread exists already (I did check through a lot of pages) If it does feel free to summon me to it so i can post there instead.


I was just wondering if anyone actively played Final Fantasy XIV... that's the newer online one for people not good with Roman Numerals. 

I've pretty much just started but it'd be cool to have some people from here to actively be able to do dungeons and stuff with instead of relying on the delights of waiting for 20 mins and being wisked away half way through an annoying escort mission

I can't afford it. Final Fantasy as a mutiplayer just seems odd to me. Don't get me wrong, I am just a newb when it comes to the series having only played 1 (GBA port) VI (also the Pony mod of VI ) and own VII and VIII for the PC, but when I saw it in Steam, and learned it was a multiplayer game, it just seemed off to me. How is it and what is it like?

I also own Bravely Default for the 3DS, but as for the actual series? No, I didn't grow up with this amazingly long lasting series. If I had any sort of money, I would probably end up buying XIV as well but I just don't know. Not too fond of multiplayer games to be honest. Probably cause I don't have a great computer or you know, the friends to play them with.
