I have been trying the dragon ball z: legacy of goku games for the GBA, and I can only get so far before it gives me a screen that says something along the line of "game is not supported on this hardware"  Any idea if it is my computer or the game itself?

Yeah.... unfortunately a ton of people get this problem. It's not your computer,  it's the game actually, so don't worry about your hardware or anything. I'm not 100% sure but from what I can tell, when you get to this part the game uses some different parts of the GBA hardware and switches some of it's normal coding around and what not (It also might just be a piracy measure?). I think the hardware it try's to use is unsupported by almost all emulators so, the only way to fix it is to try a different emulator that Vizzed offers. If that doesn't work, you can't do much else to fix it . You could try talking to some RGR staff to see if they can get the game fixed on that emulator possibly. And...that's that .

This only happens when using Mednafen (the game link on the right).

The emulator on the left, VBA, doesn't have the problem.

I've removed the link for Mednafen now to avoid confusion.

awsome888 :

Many thanks for the reply.  I will try a few things and hopefully get to play them.  I just recently beat the Metroid game and had no problems with it at all.  Again, thank you for your time in responding.  I am very glad it has nothing to do with anything on my end
