I've never seen it so I'll let wikipedia do the talking-
"In Good Company is a 2004 comedy-drama film.
Dan Foreman is a sales executive at a high-ranking publication when a corporate takeover results in him being placed under naive supervisor Carter Duryea who is half his age.
