It varies between animal.
I like my Chicken soft, My beef hard and as for Bacon. Nice and crispy.

I'm not really fussy with any of this either, I just take food as it is.

I either like my steak to be well done or medium rare. Talk about your meaty goodness right now! Speaking of which, I could go for some steak right now!

I would only eat meat that's cooked well done or medium rare but yet again it depends on the meat i think. Talking about meat makes me hungry.

I've gotten sick several times for eating meat that wasn't cooked that well, so I became a little paranoid.

I chose to go vegetarian late October, and since then, I really haven't thought about meat as much as I thought I would.

Medium-well is usually what I go for, but I sometimes go for medium instead (not my choice, my granddad prefers a little blood to his meat lol).

I just got sick of feeling sick. And it did make a difference, so I'm thinking of sticking with it for the most part. Not planning to miss out on Thanksgiving dinner though.

WELL DONE! thank you...yes, there is something about the well done meat such as: the taste of the meat itself, all the flavor that gets cooked in, and depending on the cut, the fat as well. I have found that I always like this one the best so, it is what I cook, or ask for if it is cooked for me.

In general, medium rare. I like the taste of blood in my meat, but when the meat is cold it just isn't the same. I'll eat it well done, but only if you drain the blood from the meat before you cook it, and then poor it onto the meat after it's almost completely cooked. I do like sushi though, so that's the only exception to raw meat.

I prefer my meat well done. I don't really find pink in my meat appetizing (although I do eat medium rare meat, but rarely).

I order meat well done, but I kind of like it if there is only just the smallest bit of pink in the middle. But it has to be barely. Most of the time, medium well ends up being cooked just a little under my taste, so I just say well done.

I like mine medium-well. Reason is my dad scared me about tapeworms and parasites you could get if you eat it raw.

It's going to depend on the meat.  Let's break it down.

BEEF
Steak: I like my steaks mooing.  Cool pink center, blood on the plate mixing in my mashed potatoes, barely flame kiss that sucker.  Just gray the outside, sear it a little, and that's it.  If you cook a steak enough, you make it flavorless.  The marbling and the low cooking are what make a steak right.

BURGER
I like my burgers medium well.  That meat can't be trusted unless it is cooked through.  However, order a well done burger at a restaurant and they give you a hockey puck.  I say medium well to take that last burned part off and make the meat still moist and juicy.

HOT DOGS
Cook that nonsense all the way through.  Burn 'em.

LAMB
See "steak"

PORK
Chops have to be cooked medium or so.  You can't rare them up but you can't scorch them and call that meal.

BACON
Burned and crispy.  You should be able to pick up a piece of bacon and not have any bend whatsoever.  Not blacked burned but it has to be upright when you stand it on end.  Cook that all the way through.  Limp, soggy bacon just is plain terrible and makes me hate the person who cooked it.

OTHER
Medium.  I'm not picky.

On a scale from one to ten...if ten is burnt to a crisp and one is bleeding (from recent butchering) I prefer a seven; I like just a little bit of pink. This only applies to steak. Anything else I want to be fully cooked.

I like my meat well done, but not crispy either (that includes bacon). Once I see even a slight reddish spot on the meat, I lose appetite.

I have always liked my meat cooked well done. 

Also with a little crisp added does the trick for me.
