Oh boy, Castform... That pokemon is definitely one of the worst to come from gen 3. Sure it can change forms depending on the weather, but it's stats are absolutely horrible, with base stats of 70. It's such a waste to allow a pokemon to have a wide variety of moves to learn when it's stats are so terrible, that it won't be able to do anything special to take advantage of these moves. Castform is definitely one of the worst pokemon from gen 3 besides Luvdisc and Spinda.

The next pokemon to hate on is... Garchomp! Have fun lol!

First off, Garchomp is Ground and Dragon. Do you know what other Pokemon has that? Flygon. Flygon has better move versatility than Garchomp, and looks ten times better to boot. It don't NEED no mega evolution to kick butt.

Ditto can only transform, that's all it can do. A copycat isn't better than the original, especially when it comes to pokemon like Dragonite. I don't see why people use Ditto. I know I don't, that's for sure.

The first time I saw Noivern, I really expected it to evolve a second time into something else. It wasn't until later that I found out that it was the final evolution. That being said, Noivern is pretty easy to take out. Pokemon that are both dragon/flying type like Dragonite and Rayquaza can be taken out fairly quickly with an ice beam with it being 4x effective. Although 97 base special attack might not sound bad, it can also be walled off pretty easily by a pokemon that resists it. To top it off, one of its best STAB moves, Hurricane, only has 70% accuracy which makes it susceptible to missing. 

Ultimately, Noivern is a fast attacking pokemon, but with proper preparation, it isn't much of a threat. Next pokemon to hate on is Cradily.

If at least it had a decent movelist we could omit the fact it doesn't excel at attack either, but even on X/Y the best attack it learns is Energy Ball. Oh boy, Omanyte, I've never liked that pokemon. I don't see why people even do. Maybe just because it's from gen 1, but who cares about that? Water and Rock just aren't a good combination, and it's stats are also absolutely atrocious. I don't see why people even use that awful thing. There's nothing good about it. If I could choose one pokemon from gen 1 besides Farfetch'd that I wish never existed, it would be Omanyte. Maybe I'm going a little bit overboard here, but it seriously isn't good at all. Kabuto is so much better. I'd much rather use that pokemon any day of the week than use freaking Omanyte. Also it's moves aren't good at all either.

Pancham sucks really, its just not really unique enough to the point of being cool, and on terms of strength it doesn't really know that many good enough moves to be worth while which is why it's a bad Pokemon.

Totodile is definitely one of the 3 worst water type starters in the series. For one thing, it's evolved form is only water type, it's stats are very mediocre, with attack being the only good stat it possesses, and it's move set is definitely disappointing and doesn't really take advantage of it's attack stat. Overall, Totodile is mediocre at best, but poor for a starter. Totodile gets a 5 out of 10.

The next pokemon to rate is Muk.

Aside from looking hideous, its stats really aren't that great despite a first glance at their distribution. It might have decent bulk, but with a horrid selection of moves to complement its unremarkable attack stat of 105, its pretty much unable to do anything aside from taking hits. The majority of its moves revolve are centered on special attack which isn't one of Muk's strong points. The only decent thing about Muk is its good defenses and its resistance to fairy types.

Altogether, Muk is too slow and passive to really be of any use in pokemon's fast paced, competitive metagame. You're better off using a defensive wall that can actually set up stones or spikes or something. 

Next pokemon to hate on is Swellow.

One more in the endless list of Normal-Flying birds. Technically, Swellow was the main bird in Generation III, but it lacked the trademark third evolution. Its moveset is beyond crappy, and its stats are horrible. I'm not forgetting about that 125 base speed, but it has nothing else, very little HP, defense, special attack and special defense. 85 attack can be handy, but again, not like its moveset will benefit from it. Definitely, not a Flying Pokemon I would own.

Next Pokemon to hate is Drifblim.

Pikachu the most overrated Pokemon in existence though you'd expect that since it is the series mascot.

I mean looking at Pikachu there really isn't anything spectacular about it, it's stats are crappy, except it's speed which is passable at best and doesn't make up for it's lackluster offensive and defensive stats. It does get the light ball but even then all around there is literally no reason to not evolve it to Raichu, which is the surperior Pokemon.

Mega Sceptile is the worst of the 3 mega evolved hoenn starters. It's grass/dragon typing makes it's ability lightningrod absolutely useless. I cannot even imagine playing this game using that pokemon. It's absolutely terrible.

Ugh Jigglypuff it has flat out crappy stats besides it's hp, which is rendered obsolete when you realize that it's defenses are at a measly 20.

Dewgong is a forgetable Pokemon that evolves from an already forgetable preevolution. It's literally just a seel... How creative. It's stats range for lackluster to just passable across the board. It's not the worst Pokemon but it is outclassed by other Pokemon with similar water/ice typings like Lapras.

What really makes this Pokemon bad is how forgetable it is, it's stats, movepool or design don't make it stand out in any way, it's simply just bland and there's nothing unique about it at all, and sometimes that worse than the Pokemon being really weak.

It's not the worst Pokemon but it is outclassed by other Pokemon with similar water/ice typings like Lapras.

What really makes this Pokemon bad is how forgetable it is, it's stats, movepool or design don't make it stand out in any way, it's simply just bland and there's nothing unique about it at all, and sometimes that worse than the Pokemon being really weak.
