Maybe this can be rude but some will see it as a good thing to choose when to die like when you are 100 and the year and day you choose you die it can be forever if it was like that what year and day would You choose to die in?? (I would choose to die in may 2100)

Well, the oldest person to ever live was 122 years 164 days, and name was Jeanne Louise Calment.
If I could live long enough to break that record, that would be awesome. I would not want to break it by years, just a few days, at least. As for when, probably April. That is around the time that I don't have any family birthday's or events, so I would not have to remember those days when I am dying.

I don't really care when but I'd want to die doing something heroic, like saving someone from a burning building or during a robbery or something along those lines. I've always had a thing for the theatrics

I would want to die on June 7th, 2089. That would make the date 6/7/89. I think that would be a cool day to die on. Not that dying is cool, but still. If I could chose a day then that is what I would choose.

But if I do live longer then that, I won't go around and kill my self! I prefer living longer then killing my self to just die on that specific day...

I would like to become older than 100 years, after that I don't matter too much when I die, I prefer a normal day when nothing is happening. I don't have a real date but it would be okay to die somewhere in May as it's a calm month. If I could choose how to die, I would die in my sleep so I've completely ended a day and die peaceful.

That won't ever happen.  The only influence that may bring the world together would be an external threat or discovery like aliens.  Outside of that, we're too petty and we're not able to unite everyone.  Heck, my local school board can't get it together and that's 7 people.  Try uniting a few billion?  Nope.

The same goes for currency.  The various values for currency around the world make having one particular dollar not possible.  The sci-fi books and movies always go with "credits" but economies have their own value on dollars, created by demand, that won't work with other cultures.

Too many cultures, too many people.   No New World Order.

And I don't care when I die, or what day or what year.  If possible, I want to go by being shot to death at 87 years of age by two jealous husbands.

If I had the option to choose when I would die, I would say in the year 3001. I would then be able to say that I have lived within 3 different millennia, and I would feel so accomplished. Of course, I do not believe I have a chance at living that long, what with the short life-spans of many living creatures, and I do not believe that I will end up being some sort of extreme phenomenon and live forever, but I would still choose that year. No specific date, really. 

I would wanna die the day after I turn 100, give me one last kick ass party before my ship sinks for all eternity!

I can't tell you how hard you just made me laugh... though I'm not exactly sure how I'm supposed to interpret that statement. XD

As for me.. I don't particularly care as long as I'm in God's good graces. That being said.... I sort of agree with tornadocam. I'd want to go before taking the mark of the beast was a thing... I know those are going to be some pretty scary times and I'm not sure how tough or brave I am.  I don't feel very brave or tough, anyways.

I agree with thing1's statement about breaking the "oldest person ever to live" record. That way, people will remember me and actually know who I was (until someone else broke my record, anyways). That would be pretty cool, in my opinion.

But if you ask me, I technically cannot choose when I would want to die. I know that the Big Guy Upstairs has a plan that He has made out for me, and all I have to do is carry it out. So far, I'm living a very happy life, and I don't have any regrets at all, and I hope that never changes. My time will come when its my time to go.

At this moment, I would go with sop's idea and die in 3001 for the same reason. But honestly, it isn't that big of a deal to me of when I die, but more about how, why, and if I lived a satisfying life. I wouldn't mind dying in my sleep while listening to my favorite song sometime during a the summer. Although I would be just as satisfied with dying in a heroic way. 

I've actually given this a lot of thought since I have a fascination with death. The thought you pose is quite fun to think about!
I would want to die on my birthday or Samhain in the year 2020, 2022, or earlier.
I just don't see myself as living a long life, it's not something I even desire.
Along with that is the idea that by that time I will have experienced all I have wanted from life, In my opinion I have found the best games, movies, anime, etc., and by then I will have enjoyed them and had enough. As silly as it sounds, I am more content with finding fulfillment in those kind of things than climbing a mountain or going on some safari.

Maybe if I get a wife, my mind may change, but as it stands, I am almost ready to jump into Death's arms and go on a merry afterlife adventure!

I'd honestly rather not know what day I'd eventually die. Living in fear and anticipation of that day would horrible. If I got to choose how I'd die however I'd choose a quick and relatively pain free way. Such as sleeping and never waking up or getting shot in the head whichever works really.
