Postman3 : I don't see any harm in leaving that page up. The only concern I have though is that I eventually want staff to go through user screenshots and tag characters in those screenshots for those users and when this happens, according to that page, the screenshot owner would get credit and not the user who did the tagging (but I could try to find a way around that).

I actually have a few hundred characters to put in for MAME games.  I had began to bookmark the pages because of the error about naming. Thus, I just kept bookmarking them because I'm kind of OCD, and I figured it will be easier for me to just go in and add them all in one chunk of time.  So yeah..... We'll be seeing a LOT of unique MAME characters at some point. That's going to increase the library sizably.  lol

Oh, there aren't enough to put me in any kind of standing for the competition. XD I just didn't have that kind of time. However, once I enter them, I'll probably have more than you.

David, the character thing still isn't working quite right for me. I was trying to add the characters for this game and I created the characters "Red Robin", "Alvin", and "Spitebird".  I was able to create their pages without a problem. However, when I went to tag the characters in a screenshot, the drop down menu will only bring up Red Robin from a batman game, and Alvin from a game called "Tales of Xiria". Neither of those characters are the same as the ones I am trying to tag, but I can't seem to bring up the characters -I- created.
