juuldude : Wow. I had forgotten about this completely. Hold on, I think I have an album with some pictures from this particular story.

https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.786381531422973&type=1&l=8dac02a819

If look at them in order, the ones that are relevant to this story start at the picture with the Geese on the walkway, and goes all the way to picture before the missiles.

deg2000 : You rebel! So the free sign wasn't meant for the rocks? It's a bit weird in my opinion to think that you would get in trouble for stealing rocks when you're 5 years old

I remember a time when I stole something was in junior high school. I was at school and I found a Gameboy Advance with physical copy of Pokemon Emerald  lying around on someone's desk. I knew that it was someone's and I took the Pokemon Emerald tape and slowly put inside of my pocket.

IgorBird122 :
I was like, 'Didn't I reply to this thread?'
I look at the thread, and saw my post. In June,  2-3 months before I got trusted.

Anyways, I [just found out thing is a member]
Anyways for real, my sister stole something by accident a month ago.
In august, so 2 months actually.
She stole took tic tacs, and put it in her pocket, but then she forgot about it, and she went out with the tic tacs.

Oh man, where do I begin!

On a warm summer day, I was playing Halo Reach on my X360. It was a week prior to my birthday, by the way. While playing, I had my cousin-- let's call him Okimattai, since he goes by that on the Internet-- Okimattai in a private call room (I didn't have GOLD Membership). He asks me if I could play Matchmaking with him, and I said yes. So, we're trying to connect to see if we could play online. Nothing worked. UNTIL, after going into Matchmaking and playing around with the settings, I got access to GOLD Membership! I was able to video chat, join in-game, download free games, you name it! This lasted for about a week, and then I lost the privilege. Ever since that event, he's always called me a hacker and a cheat.

He was just jelly cause he paid his monthly membership and I didn't even have too. Though, what I really think what happened is that there was a bug in the game/console which then identified me as a user with GOLD.

My story tops all of yours. so, get this, i was in the dollar store as a five year old and i saw a kid take  a lollipop from a bowl.Just  as aspected, i followed suit, and when i was up at the counter i found out that there was an empty bag of lollipops on the ground. I didn't see the price tag on the bowl either because the lollipops were covering it! i tried to take it out of my mouth and offer it to the cashier but he refused and said "you can keep it"

I really did something wrong in the past. I was camping with my parents and I used to go to the arcades there. One day, someone accidentally left a wallet with some coins inside. I found it and looked inside, out of curiosity. When I saw the cash, instead of bringing the wallet back to the reception, me and my brother played some games with the cash. Yup, I involved my brother in this. What happens afterwards should be obvious. The guy came back and saw I held his wallet. I give it back to him and he realized the cash was gone. He knew I used it so I couldn't lie to him and said I didn't. I said I was sorry and my parents refunded the guy. I felt ashamed of that. But I was young, really young so don't mind me

Ok, to tell you the truth, one time during school (I think it was late Middle School), they was a classroom stack of atlases on the world (that has like around 100 pages), and I though the book was mine, but they were for the school only, but no one said anything about it and I have got away with ir. Other than that, I haven't really stole anything on accidentally.

Stole some manga from my school library. I just forgot to return it and it was in late. I did a detention for losing the book (which is 3 lunch-times of helping out at the library) and then the week after I found it on my shelf. At least I now have more manga.

juuldude : it wasn't an accident, but i snuck into my school's book fair a few years back, before i was homeschooled, when it was closed, and i stole these pencils than on the end looked like drumsticks, and interesting little eraser things you take apart and put back together (idk what they're called, they are cool lol) and i remember i got the drumstick pencils confiscated because i kept drumming on my desk. they never knew a thing.

I'm always super honest, but I've done this...

I bought my friend's X-Box (The old one) from him and I later found out he had left his copy of Halo 2 in the X-Box. I told him about it, but he let me keep it.

Like, super honest though. Sometimes I wear a heavy jacket, but when I go into stores, I feel like they'd think I was trying to steal something. So I remove my jacket and sling it over my shoulder, then try really hard to not act suspicious... But it only makes me feel more suspicious. XD I'm weird like that.

Oh, there was another incident, where I wasn't directly involved, but was an accessory to the crime. I was at the mall inside the Disney store with my niece and nephew and they were playing with this Toy Story camera thing. I thought I put it back on the shelf, but when we got back in the car, I noticed they had put it inside of the stroller. Since we were in the parking lot, I wanted to return it, but my mom told me it was fine... I felt bad the whole day.

Also, when people try to offer me free stuff at places, I always refuse. I also always pay for my lunches at work, even though everyone else just takes food for free... I really can't. I'm too honest like that.

Nope I haven't actually accidentally stole anything. There has been a couple of times when we got McDonalds they would get our order wrong and we would get extra of what we ordered but wouldn't realize that we got it until we got home. One time when I was buying a phone card the guy gave me like 20 extra dollars than he was suppose to give to me but when I realized it I went back in the store and returned it.

Bintsy : I've been guilty of the McDonald's thing, too. Only, there was a time that I noticed they had gotten the order wrong, but I was so tired that I didn't care and just drove home. I felt like a horrible person. lol

When I was a kid, I used to borrow so many books from the library I would lose track and get them mixed up with my own. Once I had borrowed about six Goosebump books along with about five other books and thought I had returned them all. I kept getting notifications in the mail saying that I had not returned a book, but I was so sure it was a mistake that I even convinced my parents that library was wrong. So we ended up paying the fees, but I didn't find the book until months later. I had stored away one of the library's Goosebumps book with some of my own in the bathroom closet. I felt so bad that I returned the book and limited myself to only two of those books a library visit. lol Kind of lame, but yeah. Such a sneaky little thief I was.

I think I accidentally stole a pack of gum from my sister once, but I never was certain if it was hers or if it was mine and she lost her pack, since I never could remember if I'd already used all of my pack or not. Other than that, I don't think I ever have? Or if I have, I don't remember it or STILL don't know I stole it, one of the two. I'd like to think I never have, though. I try to be as honest as I possibly can, and stealing -- accidental or not -- doesn't really go with that.

One day in 3rd Grade, I wanted ice cream, and joked to my friends about taking it and hiding it under my tray so the lunchlady wouldn't see it. I meant to put it back once I got to the front of the line, but I completely forgot about it and passed her without her noticing. I said, "Oh well." And ate it without paying the money.
