Sure, why not? You're still a person and if you're friends with somebody, then that shouldn't change anything. Doesn't make a difference at all.

I dont judge people, u can believe or not believe in whatever u want. If someone is agood guy or a girl i dont mind.

Let me tell you a story: it was just 2 years ago, something like that. I registered to this website and it was exactly like diving into the unknown. I made my newbie thread, my little introduction but, deep inside of me, I was quite scared. I'm French, proud to be born in this country, but I didn't know how Vizzed was until I saw the greetings I got from nice people. I still remember some of them actually and I don't want to forget this moment, not a single fraction of second. Now, look at me: here I am, I'm doing something I really like to do, I have some fun and some friends. I've been accepted for who I really am. I know I didn't mention anything about religion in my post so it may look kinda off-topic but it shows that we are all different and, despite the difference, we can accept people. The Vizzed community will never despise you, man. You know, if some random people don't have the willpower to accept at least your personality, they have to deal with it. You shouldn't change anything for the sake of these morons. Nothing at all. Nada. Rien. Just be yourself

Well, if this website didn't accept Atheists, I'm pretty sure me and a few other beloved froobs on here would be 'poof'- gone and outta here.

I say screw it when it comes to peoples opinions when it comes to me; I am me, I'm not changing myself because you don't like me.

I feared this too when I became an atheist. Don't worry about it, the users here are all generally accepting and caring people no matter what you do or do not believe in. Just don't flaunt the fact you believe something different like it's a big deal. It really isn't.

This place is full of intelligent and kind minded people, so you'll be fine.

I don't think any less of you because you are atheist, and going with what alex said, as long as you aren't throwing it out there, I don't see why anyone would react badly about it. Personally I also find religion to be a bit ludicrous the way people blow up over it, but that is just my standpoint on the matter. I tend to not really stress over religion that much, so I don't see why you should either. I think most people here will be accepting of it and just move on honestly.

But I'm half Atheist and half Christian. I know that sounds weird, but it's true. I'm Atheist until I get scared, then I become Christian for a few weeks, then back to Atheist.

You'll probably be accepted. Your beliefs might not be, but as long as you do not go around hating on Christians, you should be fine.

sop281 : I only hate Christians when they drive me over with their beliefs. I mean, do you know how many friends I lost when I said in response to questions they've asked me, "I'm an Atheist"? I like Christians, but not if they don't respect everyone.

While I suppose this is technically a christian site, there are people of every and any religion here, and religion doesn't even matter. If I see a good person, or someone I enjoy being with, their religion doesn't matter to me. Christian, Atheist, Buddhist, Satanist, really doesn't matter. As long as you don't make a big deal and pick on fights with people who don't agree with your beliefs, I don't think anyone would care that you are Atheist.

Anyways, I meant the religion of Satanism. It's a quite a big one, which is a bit misunderstood. Well, my religion is. My religion is LaVeyan Satanism (also known as Atheistic Satanism or Modern Satanism)
And before anyone ask, no I do "Worship Satan"
LeVeyan Satanist do not believe in a literal devil, if not more of a... metaphor one can say.

Atheism tends to have very smart people who lean that way, so no one smart or logical should care.

Every religion seems to have those who did terrible things. So it doesn't matter in the end.

PixelBrick : you know what I'm fine with that .   I may be Catholic myself but I have found 2 types of religious people 

1.) the people who can memorize every single part of the bible all of it's messages but then do terrible things.    

as an example I know someone who nearly punched a small girl cause she was Jewish  broke up with his girlfriend because she's friend with a few gay people and hit me on the head with a metal baseball bat cause I missed a catch 


the other kind are ones who respect god and treat anyone with respect and don't go on and on about their religion
