juuldude : Well I meant that I can bench 140 currently, and I'm not as strong as I used to be due to laziness I guess. I stopped swimming because I lost motivation to swim and it started to become more of a chore that I go do everyday instead of something that I enjoyed doing. I should also add that I swam for 12 years.

I'm quite tall and I've built up some muscle since I've been doing sports ever since I was a kid. Despite this I'm actually really feeble. It's really annoying sometimes, since I can't carry around heavy things, like a 20kg kitty sandbag. That's why when shopping I always choose a lighter version of some item.

I look small as I am 166 lbs and 5'7" tall, but I can handle myself in jiu-jitsu pretty much, and my rock climbing is pretty strong as I climb 5.11a's. So I consider myself small but strong.

Eh. I look like a pretty thin and wimpy kid, but I have pretty good muscles when I flex. I have great leg muscles from all the biking I do, though I feel like all my fat goes to my legs. I'm 6 ft tall weighing 137.5 pounds, but my legs look fat-ish. I also have good arm muscles (I flex and you can see lots of muscle shape), which is confusing because I never do any exercises that train my arm muscles. But I can do 2 pullups/chinups (I got real close to a 3rd one once).

I used to be in shape for baseball, football, and believe it or not, marching band. during the school year with all the practices and weight room training every other day you could say I was extremely fit. juuldude : You would be surprised how much of a workout marching band is! You have to hold a 7 lb intrument above your head, play multiple memorized pieces, march (not walk), stay in a uniformed line, etc. It can whip you in shape pretty fast! And I plan on picking up my weights/jogging schedule again starting tomorrow.

I do not consider my self strong at all even though I can move medium sized dressers and King sized beds around with frames around. Since I am currently working out 5 days out of the week I might be a little stronger in the future. I might be able to move an Queen sized bed from one room to another.
