zanderlex : You eats 5 meals a day? That's a lot, I have 3 meals a day but I snack more though. I would learn to swim if I were you, it's one of the greatest things in the world in my opinion.

No and probably rightfully so considering I'm the shortest guy in my class (around 160cm which is about 5ft and 3 inches) and my main excersize comes from walking to and from school, gym class and running the occasional errand for my mom. I've been wanting to work out but never done it simply for the fact that I'm lazy and would rather focus on other stuff

I already replied to this post but still. I also have 3 meals a day. And I go to the gym often. I have really strong legs. At the age of 10 I could do almost 200 pounds with my legs. (80 KG)

Ask last year and id say im reasonably active.
As of this year though im getting stronger every month. I lift weights/do cardio at the gym at least 3 times a week, swim every week day (regardles of whether iv been to the gym or not), and if the weather is good i'll do some hillwalking/climbing. I try to avoid using the paths and instead climb over and round the rocks etc.
Im happy with my progress.

Am I strong? Of course! Dem benches be pressed ery day man/girl. But seriously, no. I bike everyday for about an hour so my legs are probably the strongest set of muscles on my body (which still aren't that strong). Although my bikes been in the shop getting fixed, the arm thing for the gear changer no longer stays in position for some reason which causes it to get caught in the gears. Must've hit it on something while riding :/

juuldude : Looks like I made my legs even stronger. I had a few extra hours before I had to leave for Citi Field, so I walked there. A full 8.8 miles. Just that is the 3rd most I have ever walked in a day and I plan on pulling together at least another mile and a half walking around the stadium and heading back home.

Juulduda: Happy? It was so hard to walk because it was so hot. I tried to give up a couple times and take the bus or train with about 2 miles left but I got a final burst of energy and took a few shortcuts. I was so tired once I got there though, I had to drink half a gallon of Gatorade on my way.

Since im on an island, near the coast there's plenty of sea.
I wouldn't want to live in a country without easy access to the sea.
The beaches here Get quite busy with tourists which can be annoying.
It's funny when you see them run in then fly out. The water stays pretty cold.

I've been working out almost every morning at the Y, so as I speak I'm incredibly sore in my shoulders and arms. As a thin guy, it's all about keeping the reps going one after another. Not about how much weight I use. Hopefully a few months of this pain will be fruitful.

haha I was joking about doing bench presses. I suppose my joke would have been clearer if I actually talked to people in chat though. Didn't mean for you to think I hit the gym, the closest I come to that is walking by one in my local mall (ya it has one lol). on the internet I use spelling like erry day instead of everyday when making a sentence that's supposed to be humorous. I always try to use proper spelling so slang spelling like that (and that kind of talking) I usually reserve for making jokes and what not when talking through text like now. Sorry for the confusion.
