Many members here have changed over the past years, while others didn't. I've changed a lot, and I made kind of a time line to show you how I changed on Vizzed:

*I became a member on Vizzed and was one of those newbies who only was interested in the games here.
*I became a normal member after posting a few things about problems with games, which surprised me.
*I started to chat with the members on the Pok?mon games, and everybody was very nice to me. I also got my first friend this way, AnthonyA17. Sadly enough, he has left Vizzed but I hope he returns someday.
*I started to post in the forums now and then.
*At some point, I was very inactive on Vizzed. The only things I did was checking the site daily and reading the announcements.
*A few months ago, I got more active again on the games and the forums.
* Now, I'm posting a lot in the forums and these are some of my stats and achievements right now:

*I have 105584 Viz at this moment, so I'm over the hundred thousands.
*I have one trust point and I hope it will be more in the future but being a member who's just very active is great too, although trusted members have great privileges.
*I have a post rating of 22 with no dislikes! I'm very proud of that.
*I have 15 friends now but there's always room for more
*I have 38 threads and this is my 582th post.

This is a bit about me, if you have the time tell about how you have(n't) changed on Vizzed!?

I have also changed a lot from the time I was a newbie to the present.

-I used to only be interested in the Retro Game Room.
-I used to not post often.
-I only posted so I could become a normal member.
-I did not know about the Tour de Vizzed.
-I did not go on any posting sprees.
-I was really shy.
-I only wanted to know what I was supposed to know about Vizzed.
-I was pretty nice.

-I am interested in many of Vizzed's features.
-I post almost every day!
-I post for fun or so I can get points in the Tour de Vizzed.
-I know a lot about the Tour de Vizzed.
-I go on posting sprees somewhat frequently.
-I am barely shy!
-I want to know many things about Vizzed.
-I am really nice!

PacmanandMariofan : Wow, that's pretty cool! I'm happy to see that you became a lot more active too, it paid of for both us, I'm now a decent member on the site if I say so myself and you're even trusted! I'm happy I started on the forums.

I feel like I've changed a lot from when I first joined (and I'm proud of those changes)

Gamin'Gal : Nice to hear you started to post in the forums as well, I see we share some things: No interest in the forums, only for the RGR in the start, and now almost never in the RGR, less shy at Vizzed as well in real life, but I wasn't nor I'm suicidal.
Your posts here always nice and cheer me up, I understand you've got such a good post rating. For which games did you write reviews? And the video walkthrough? Also, good luck on your story! I'm happy I discovered Vizzed as well.

I certainly feel like I have changed a lot on vizzed as well, looking back on some of my really old early posts, I was a lot different then what I am now. 


-When I first came to vizzed I had only been in the rgr for a month before I started posting on the board. 
- I was shy and didn't have a lot of friends
- I didn't talk to a lot of people and I didn't know the way things worked on vizzed.... 


Now nearly 500 days later 

- I have over 5,000 posts
- 134 friends
- 268 post ratings
- 155 threads


Man a lot has changed since I first joined..... 

I've certainly changed a lot since coming to Vizzed...

Since coming to Vizzed, I've changed from:

- A shy guy who was kind to everyone, into a bolder person who doesn't care if someone is upset about what I said.
- A ruthless apologist, into a person who never apologizes about anything.
- A humble teenager, into an arrogant young adult.

I discovered a personality, I found who I am at my core, and I've embraced it.

I am a bitter, cynical, angry person who can have positive interactions with those who are my friends, but struggles to find common ground with the average member of Vizzed.

I stopped caring so much about what others thought, and decided the right thing to do was the me thing to do.

I re-discovered why I lost my faith in religion, and continue to be an atheist as a result, I gained conviction.

Some people will say the above is all negative, but they couldn't be more wrong. I feel as if I have found mostly positives.

Hey, two top members posting here in my forum! This is getting interesting

Razor-987 : I had no friends here when I came too and the first time I tried to chat nobody responded so I felt bad after that happened. I was also confused on Vizzed most of the times and was lost when I wasn't in the RGR or the RGR forum for help. But now a lot has changed for you, you even became a Vizzed Elite! How did you do manage to do that so quick, it's amazing in such a short time!

legacyme3 : Well, I don't know you well enough to tell you if I'm positive about all the things you state, but the way you describe it looks like you've become a person with a frozen heart, but I don't think that's true. You always help the members here on the Forum and even though you can be a bit cold sometimes, your friends and other members here don't matter too much. And I'm happy you posted here as well, as you said you 'struggle to find common ground with the average member of Vizzed'.

I used to be a supernoob when I joined.
Then I was a regular noob
Then I began wasting my life in the retro game room
And only a month ago have I recently been super active in the actual forums part.
So I've pretty much not changed at all lol but I do talk more on here

I like this idea  a lot. Here goes!


* Signs up for the wrestling games on vizzed

*Only plays Wrestling games and does not post. not even knowing that something Like vizzed board exists.


* Becomes a fan of retro games and starts to play pokemon in the RgR

*Plays pokemon for a pretty long time.

* Only pokemon period is over. Is a big fan of older games for the Nes And SMS

*Makes his first post on how the plugin is not working.

*Fixes the problem And makes his first review, Asterix for the SMS. It was a crappy review but I love it.


*Goes back to playing games on vizzed all the time.

* Makes His first Non- Problem/review post. Called Most memorable games from you're child hood. Becomes the most popular thread on vizzed for a few days (Or weeks I can't remember)

* Posts another thread on games you hate.

*Like most memorable games from you're childhood it gets incredibly popular

*Gets closed By eirinn.

* Imamonster leaves vizzed for a few months.

*Gets back and asks Eirinn To open it again because of the not so good reason it was closed.


*Eirinn opens the thread again explaining that he was new to being a mod.


*Goes back to playing pokemon games all the time

*Only pokemon Period ends.


*Leaves vizzed


*Returns to become very  active in the forums.


Unlike most people I was not really shy. My personality never changed. And I'm happy with that Since I love who i am

imamonster : That's interesting, many people here go from shy gamers to forum addicts But like you, I left Vizzed for a while too but now I'm totally into Vizzed and it takes a lot up of my time, but it's worth it since the community here is great.

juuldude : Yes! I made a lot of reviews! All of them are pretty decent.

I forgot to mention that when I was a newbie, I was very active and now I'm not.

PacmanandMariofan : Lol, for me it's the opposite. I have made just one review, but I'm planning on writing another one.

- I still have no friends

- I'm starting to review games

- I have the Net play item and 10,000 viz

- I come here every day 

- I play more and more games

- I'm posting more 

Charlie506: Well, that's a good start, many members are even to shy to react when people wish them a happy birthday The Netplay item is useful if you like to play with others and 10000 Viz is a good amount. I come here every day, I'm posting less now than what I used to do since I chat more and I have written one review Friends will come if you post a lot and/or chat a lot, I usually add people who ask me random or people I had nice conversations with

- Only wanted to sign up for Vizzed because of the Retro Game Room

- Played a few games, still a newbie... I didn't quite care, no no.

- Made my first thread about a VRU..

- Then made a thread on controls for Nintendo 64 games.

- Played more games

- Posted on the Newbie Forum, saying hi. Right then when people said hi to me I wanted to post more... But I just kept playing games.

- Started posting more and more by the day.

- Got more friends.

- Posted a few threads and got addicted to Hangman threads.

- A few days later got on here more often.

- Made more threads and made a Pokemon Hangman...

- Barely use the Retro Game Room now.

- Have lots of friends.

- Became sophisticated... Yess.

SaphThePikachu : Ah, so you just like me barely use the RGR anymore? Nice that you started on the boards as well, I think you can divide Vizzed in the gaming newbs where you can find some people who talk while most don't and the Vizzed with the forums where most people rarely game. You became sophisticated? XD

Hmm... Well, I think I have went through quite a change on vizzed....

- I was an inactive newbie for about 2 and a half months. Done nothing but play in the RGR.

- I then discovered the board and then started posting.

- I became a normal member and started to make friends. 

- I randomly got -2 Trust points, don't know why.

- Around 1-2 weeks later, I randomly became a trusted member. 

- Made even more friends, went through TDV's, and failed several times in becoming staff. 

- Then, at the TDV Winter 2014, I became the red jersey champ and kept the red jersey for the following month. EideticMemory literally won everything else for the month.

- Me and EideticMemory moved on to competing in the Feb. 2014 CP VCS. Me, EideticMemory, and tornadocam ended up in the top 3 and all 3 of us got promoted to staff as game reviewers. 

I literally went from a normal member with -2 trust points to a Staff member (currently with 15.8 trust points). Time flies.
