Well, let me welcome you to Vizzed, SilverNinja. First, a thread like this needs to go to Help forum since it's a question about something.
Second, it should work if you're logged in. Make sure you are then go to "Control Panel/Downloads at the top of the main page and access it from there. It might take a little bit for it to load up, but it should work. If it still doesn't come back here and see if you can explain the problem a little further.
