I hope this is the right  place to put this.

Lately when its late at night I have been having restlessness and paranoia that slightly noticeable differences in how something feels is a symptom of a serious disease and that causes me to panic and not be able to sleep. I'm not sure why I've been having this but it has gotten much worse recently to the point where I fear I may not wake up if I go to sleep. Today while I was laying in bed I felt something a bit unusual in my chest and I panicked thinking something was wrong with my heart and I went on here to let out the stress a bit. I really wish I could get over these almost nightly panics or at least know why I may have them. A way to let my mind at ease would also be nice as I'm still much to paranoid to get back into bed.

Has anyone ever had this problem before? Is there a good way to deal with this problem?

Sorry your having those problems or issues it sounds like you are under a tremdenous amount of stress and it's kinda spilling over into the majority of your life.  I dunno if it's school, work, or a relationship issue...and hopefully nothing to do with the legal stuff but you just need to relax and tell your brain to with lack of a better phrase stfu....haha.  Exercise always help.  I used to get night panics over major stuff I had to do in college when like I had 6 different major papers, presentations due at the same time.  I dunno if you are of age to drink but if you are a good, cold, upper class beer always helped me calm down a little and even helping me focus when I was writing or studying.  Everybody is different but that helped and helps me.  You also might wanna talk to somebody close...get some outside perspective ya know?  Whatever it is just take a step back and not think so much....if you constantly run over things in your mind about 1 or various things in your life...it will literally drive you crazy and affect alot of your life....I remember certain times in my life when I was really stressed about alot of s*** and when it was all over with people would tell me your alot less of an ass now so much more chill.  Basically....try not to worry about everything and the things you cannot control...do the best you can with what you got and talk to somebody close.  Hope that helps....take it easy.

Odd flames : those are symptoms of a lot of stress and mental health loss you should find a way to be either less stressed or happy
