I guess I could make a top 10 list about my favorite Pokémon types.

I. Poison: Well my first favorite Pokémon's are in the poison section, like Muk and Nidoking.. I have always found that poison types are very useful and powerful allies. Even though it looks like most of the people does not really care about them so much, but that does not matter to me.

II. Water: Don't really know why but I found the water-types being very elegant and powerful. My most favorite Pokémon's from this section are Blastoise and the newcomer Greninja even thou I have not played the whole X/Y series, but it looks so cool and it is both water and dark type.

III. Dark: Many dark-types looks very wicked and I like it, but there is Umbreon which looks very cute and harmless but being a dark-type makes it a really nasty son of a Pokémon. And many dark-type moves have good benefits, like the high critical hit ratio.

IV. Bug: Just like poison-types, bug-types are highly underrated because they are quite weak, but they learn lots of great moves and many of them looks really nice, example Ariados and Heracross.

V. Ghost: There are like Hunter, Duskull and Sableye the only ghost-types I really like, but that's enough for me,there aren't really many ghost-type moves either but nor the less. I guess it's quantity before quality in this situation. You can beat many annoying opponents with these rascals.

VI. Psychic: Many psychic-types are mostly those who are great using Special attacks more than normal attacks, maybe that's the main reason why I like them, especially Alakazam which Spd. attack if very high and it can beat his opponents with few hits. But they also lack some endurance which makes them sometimes too weak in my opinion, but that does not really matter so much.

VII. Ice: In this section the moves are more important to me than the once who are ice-type, there aren't really many ice-type Pokémon's I like to use expect Glaceon and Cloyster really. But I really like using Ice beams and Avalanches to defeat my enemies.

VIII. Grass: I think grass should be in the top 5 maybe, but then again I think it suits better in here, about the grass-types that many my favorite Pokémon's are here, like Bulbasaur and Weebinbell. But anyways I really like most of the moves they can learn, example leech seed and solarbeam.

IX. Fire: I think fire-types are the most favorite types when most of the people are thinking their favorites, I guess because there is Charizard and Magmar which are really nicely designed and they are very powerful assets. Then again the only reason I like them is that all my favorite doggies are here like Houndoom and Arcanine and the moves are really nice to watch like the Fire Blast and Blaze kick.

X. Steel: And the last one, well I like to have a "tank" in my team sometimes and which would be better than the steel-type, even though they are very vulnerable to fire, but luckily there aren't many fire-types in the game so it should not bother so much. My favorites from this section are Steelix and Metagross.

Hopefully this wasn't too ponderous to read.

I'll make a list about my top ten gym leaders! I've played the games from Gen. I to IV so here they are:

10: Wattson. This guy is very optimistic, always laughing and he even found a city himself (which made him automatically the gym leader of course). He can also be a great annoyance as gym leader, all his Pokémon know sonicboom so even Pokémon with a resistance against the thunder type can have a hard time.

9: Brawly. This surfer dude uses the fighting type and lives on a island. Using the fighting type as one of the first gym leaders is pretty smart, at the point you face there are only a few Pokémon useful against his Pokémon. They can do great damage and defeat you easily.

8: Brock. Who doesn't love Brock? Even though he always keeps his eyes closed he is very cool. His rock hard determination surely makes him hard to deal with if you choose Charmander as starter. In the anime he even sticks around with Ash for four seasons, making him just better. And as well as a gym leader he would also like to be a breeder and he also collects fossils in Mount Moon.

7: Volkner. Volkner got depressed about the bad challengers in his gym. In fact so depressed he made up a great puzzle in his gym causing Sunnyshore City to have a blackout! He also is friends with Flint an Elite Four member, how cool is that?

6: Roark. Man, Roark was tough! Even with my full team of water and grass Pokémon it was hard to defeat him. It's also pretty cool that his dad is a gym leader too (Byron) and that his dad uses the steel type. You also meet Roark for the first time you go underground. That's where Roark probably got his Cranidos.

5: Jasmine. When Ampharos gets sick Jasmine is the only one who cares and visits him even though that meant she had to leave her gym. She also is great with the steel type, even though she used the rock type at first.

4: Falkner. In possession of a gym because his dad was the original gym leader, he does pretty well. He even managed to get an impossible Pidgeotto! He also got those Pokémon from his dad, meaning that his dad was pretty cool. Falkner is pretty smart for learning his Pokémon a ground move, because that way he can bring good damage to your electrical Pokémon (if you have one, but it's not possible without cheating) and stone Pokémon.

3: Morty. This mystic dude can look into the future. A future where he sees himself with the rainbow coloured Pokémon! Anyways, Morty uses the ghost type (or the ghastly family, just like all the trainers in his gym) and he even created an invisible floor in his gym. The trainers in his gym will also tell some old secrets about Ecruteak City if you defeat them. Morty is also interested in the trio of Suicune, Raikou and Entei, because he left his gym to take a look in the Burned Tower.

2: Maylene. She's almost my number one because I like her very much. She may look very cute, but she and her Pokémon aren't. Maylene is very determined to keep improving herself and others, which is why she walks on bare foot to Snowpoint City to talk with Candice, the ice gym leader, just to talk about the weak point of ice Pokémon: The fighting type. Her gym also has a very cool puzzle and there are four brothers inside who are pretty cool too.

And my number one is...

1: Bugsy! Yes, the walking Bug Encyclopedia made it to the number one top in my list. Bugsy is known as the authority on bug Pokémon and he's going to get even better (according to himself). His gym is pretty cool: Grass, flowers and a big tree in the middle. Bugsy himself can be a great deal too: He'll tire you out with his Kakuna and Metapod and after that he fiercely strikes with his Scyther. He also participated in the bug catching contest from Goldenrod City which might explain how he got a Scyther.

Well, this is my top 10. It sure took me a long time to make this, but it was worth it

Here's a top ten of my LEAST favorite pokemon. (this might be long to read lol)

[number 10!]

I have ranted enough about arceus, I just hate it because it's to overrated.

[number 9!]

Barbaracle. The only thing it has going for is shell smash. And it is just a 6th gen ripoff from dugtrio and diglett.
Speaking of which,

[number 8!]

Let's get to it, arena trap. Such an annoyance, no switching and no running. That's why I only catch diglett's with sand veil.
And I am -to this day- still curious as to what's under the dirt.

[number 7!]

Lumineon. To be honest I didn't know it existed until 3 months after I finished diamond and pearl. That's how unknown it is. The first time I ever saw one was in the second ranger game I hate it because of the 'shnitzels' you have to go through to get it.

[number 6!]

What even is Bronzong? A magnetic trash can?
The only reasons I hate it are that 70% of the people in sinnoh had one, and that I hate its abilities, or at least the combination.
50% of them have heat-proof, the other 50% have levitate. And I always seem to guess incorrect. The only one I know is that Byron's bronzor has heat-proof.

[number 5!]

Bunnelby. All of my hate for this thing (AND diggersby) comes from two things.

1) Unless you run huge power, it's useless offensive wise. Lumineon is even more offensive, and no-one ever uses that thing, right?
2) Wonder trade. This will be 80% of all the things you'll ever get.

[number 4!]

Purugly. This goes back to diamond and pearl. Mars' purugly is too OP for that point of the game.
Hypnosis is always an annoyance. I had high hopes for Glameow, but this was not at all what I expected.
And I hate its design.

[number 3!] Entering the top 3, number 3 is...

Keys, anyone? (someone please get where this is from)
Klefki.
I only have 2 reasons to hate this thing.
One) it's just keys.
Two) Prankster Swagger, Thunder Wave, Torment and foul play. I hate this set, and it seems like it's the only one people use. I even hate it when I use it myself.

[number 2!] Almost there, number two is...

Fraxure.
My hate for this thing is new. All of this happened earlier today. I'm currently doing this white 2 wedlocke. I was in Drayden's gym, when a lady challenged me. She had a fraxure. I fought her for 30 minutes straight. She kept on spamming swagger, protect, protect, dragon claw, protect, swagger, protect, and etc. My goodness.

[number 1!] And my least favorite pokemon from all time is...

Cryogonal.

My hate for this thing has been there since I wanted one for the dex. It took me 3 whole hours, in the winter season, to find this thing. It pissed me off.

On my first time through black and white, I had this flareon (from my heart gold, originally). People say fire types can't be frozen. Wrong. The thing froze me with 1 ice beam. Then I thought of thawing out immediately, as i'm a fire type. Also wrong. I kept on spamming fire fang, but NEVER thawed out. I legit sat there, in a trainer fight, without revives, and my flareon as last hope. I also had NOTHING to unfreeze me. It came down to the thing using struggle.

And if that weren't enough, I recently did this X nuzlocke, and I had this amazing slowbro. It knew flamethrower, so i thought of sweeping Wolfreak, or whatever his name might be. He was down to his cryogonal, me cursing on the inside. Then it happened. Crit Freeze-Dry. Dead slowbro.

This thing will always remain number one on this list.

Here's my list of my top ten mega pokemon (a lot of my explanation is from competitive battling)

10.mega banette- has a really high 165 base attack, and has the ability prankster, which gives priority to status moves. Downside is that the pokemon's other stats are bad

9.mega blastoise-has mega launcher which powers up pulse and sphere type moves. Also, has a good 135 special attack and really bulky in both defense and sp.defense

8.mega heracross- has the skill link ability which guarantees that multi-hit attacks will always hit. Has a great move pool, so it could ohko any pokemon except for fast flying types

7.mega charizard y-has the drought ability, and a really high special attack stat

6.mega kanghaskan-has the most OP ability called parental bond. If the pokemon attacks, the pokemon hits again that is 50% of the other attack. Basically, an attack like earthquake would turn from 100 damage to 150. There is a reason why this guy got banned to ubers.

5.mega houndoom- has the ability solar power, which raises a special attack move by 50%. With 140 special attack stat, it could ohko many water type pokemon with a flamethrower.

4.mega gengar-got banned to ubers also for its incredible 170 special attack and a speedy 130 speed stat. It could outspeed mostly any pokemon in the OU category. Also, with the sky rocketing special attack. A focus blast or a shadow ball is a guaranteed ohko to about 5% of all pokemon.

3.mega scizor-fun to use, this is number 3 because scizor is my favorite pokemon.

2.mega gyardos -even though it looks like a shrimp, it kicks ass. A grand attack stat, and could ohko many pokemon.

1.mega pinsir-I have no clue why this pokemon didn't get banned. Pinsir's ability aerilate makes normal type moves to flying type and increases the damage by 30%. A return will turn from 102 damage to 200. Its quick attack alone could ohko many pokemon. With its 155 attack stat, it is an incredible threat.
